As I sit here snuggling my sweet Daisy Mae I am sincerely happy. I got Married to an amazing man... from Georgia ... and no he didn’t live in Georgia when I met him , he lived in California. Fast forward a few years later we are married and he got a great opportunity in Georgia. So here we are, and all my kids and grandchildren and 4 legged baby are all in California . Because of Covid we couldn’t bring her on a plane with us. So she has been living with my daughter in California . We just bought our house here and All I wanted was her home With me... Fast forward ... Miguel kept every promise ... arrived when he said he would and delivered when he said he would. He sent voice messages , videos , pictures and texts thru the entire process. Steve is truly an amazing person. The morning I was suppose to ship my 8wk old puppy, the transport fell through. I was desperate for a fast option to transport my puppy. Steve responded to my bid within 5 min of my post. He agreed to meet the breeder on his own time, and within 30 min of speaking to him, he was on the road to confirm the job. He sent updates every few hours, with pictures showing my puppy happy and calm. He delivered the puppy happy and safe within 24 hours! He is truly a gem of a person. Tuesday, June 23 I was in crisis. The newest addition to my family was stuck in Atlanta. A family friend went down for Father's Day and agreed to bring him back. He went back on his word and I wasn't prepared to go out of town. My brother was caring for him and although he didn't mind, it was still an inconvenience to him. I was in limbo on how to get him up here. I'm a teacher, my last day was the 23rd and I wasn't prepared to go out of town. So I was rigorously seeking secure, affordable, reliable, and immediate transportation. Cheyenne reached out and offered to assist. I bought the puppy as a gift for my child to help him heal through the trauma he has endured from his biological parents. My budget was really tight and Cheyenne was selfless and gracious enough to help me bring home my new family member. Her schedule was clear, so we made arrangements and left that evening. She drove from Tampa to Eastpoint, Ga ad arrived at my door in Baltimore, MD on Wednesday, June 24 around 12:30 pm. I am so grateful for her generosity. Your pet will definitely be in good care. My first experience with CitizenShipper was amazing when I was matched with Dana to provide safe transport for my 13 year old lab. Dana was quick in response to my (extensive) questions and compassionate to my anxiety to putting my beloved fur baby in the car with someone I just met for a 3,000 mile journey. Dana had just purchased a new vehicle for her transporting and when she arrived for the arranged pickup, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the vehicle was retrofitted for exactly what we had discussed. I guarantee my fur baby had more fun on the road with Dana than I did with the moving company over the 4 days they traveled. As mentioned in prior reviews, Dana is very generous with the updates, photos and even a video which helped to put my mind at ease. Dana also administered meds daily for my lab (13 yrs old). Abbi arrived home on the prearranged day as promised and at the specified time. Dana even sent me a message a couple of days later checking in to see how her road buddy Abbi was doing and how was she adjusting to her new home. It is evident Dana treats everyone of her transport buddies like they were her own and that is exactly why I chose Dana. If this is your first experience choosing a transport for your fur baby, rest assured, Dana is the right choice. I would definitely recommend Dana for your next pet transport.

I DO NOT recommend that anyone use Erin or Forest Coastal Critters to transport their pet. If I could give her less than one star I would. We spent days planning the move of a family dog from California to Illinois and ultimately booked her to take him. Then she just didn't show up. She shut off all her devices and would not respond to any attempts to be reached. Nearly 12 hours after she blew off the pick up, she sent a message that contained nothing but lies. I think everyone should be aware of how unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy this person is. She claims to carry two phones but be aware that the phone number listed on the citizen shipping site is bogus. If you call it you will get a very pleasant man who does not know her or her business or citizenshipping. Unfortunately, you cannot find this out until you have already booked with her. I simply cannot express enough that she CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Do not be lured into thinking she is anything but an entirely unprofessional liar. I would not let her drive around my dirty laundry, no less a cherished family pet.

I scheduled with her two weeks in advance, then suddenly the communication stopped, her CS page was suspended, and yet she kept posting on Facebook. I messaged her husband to check if she was okay, and was ignored, then my mom & I were blocked by her, and left with no answer and she never picked up, leaving us on the hook for days and staying up late hoping she was coming. Now her husband is responding to customer reviews on FB aggressively. This was the first week of June so I don’t get why this happened again to CA customers at the end of June, too. Heather was nice to talk to and I wish she had communicated as soon as she could rather than stressing us out and blocking us. It’s honestly bizarre and confusing? It’s okay to cancel just communicate rather than ghosting for weeks.
