I'd give 6 stars if I could. Stacey was AWESOME. She definitely went above and beyond. I'm in California, and we finally found the right dog "Honey" for us in a shelter in Colorado. The shelter wanted her out ASAP. We could not go to CO ourselves, so I turned to Citizen Shipper. Had about 5 bids in the first 2 minutes. Some of the others were transporting more than 1 pet (to other states), making the journey longer & more stressful for our Honey. Stacey offered to go pick up Honey at the shelter and take her home with her the night before starting the trip. She did, and Stacey and her husband treated Honey like one of their own. The shelter had not taken good care of her (she was filthy with matted hair), so Stacey even offered to groom her. Honey was the only pet they were transporting, so they headed straight for our home. She and her husband took turns driving, and sent pictures and updates all along the way. They let me know how she was doing in the car, etc. They arrived at our home even sooner than expected. For me, the most important thing was to know that my Honey was in good hands, and I definitely felt that way with Stacey. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.

When we were unable to get our goldendoodle on a flight from Virginia to California due to the embargo, we searched a lot of pet transporters. We were very impressed with all the answers we received from Miguel, and his quote was by far the most reasonable. Miguel kept in constant contact with us by sending pictures and videos and sharing his gps location, much to the delight of my kids. Upon arrival our dog was very happy and also very clean. The kitten was supposed to arrive in 24 hours and it took 48 hours but kitten was alert and well. He is kind (to dogs and clients), he showed up on time, kept me and ny husband posted during the road, sent pics, even mentioned my dog was not eating much (hunger strike?) . If I could give Ryan more than 5 stars I would! He went out of his way to take great care of our new puppy. He was on location way before the time we had set up with the breeder to pick up our puppy. He was updating me on his travel status throughout, along with pictures of our puppy with him in the car. I was beyond impressed when he told me he set up his car in a way that he could make our puppy comfortable while sitting on the passenger side and have her close so that he can comfort her if needed. He was also very knowledgeable and educated me on why he avoids resting areas when taking a dog to potty and other public areas that are hotbeds for puppies to contract deadly diseases such as parvo. Needless to say, that was great insight for us at a later date when we travel with our puppy. If your puppy's well-being is a top priority, and you want someone that will go through great lengths to make sure your dog gets the best care, not to mention someone that is super responsible and takes punctuality very seriously -> Ryan is your guy.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My previous driver canceled the day of pickup, and Mahalko Courier was determined to help. They went directly to my puppy, within 20 mins of asking. They traveled 5 hours to pick her up, and then dropped her off the very next morning. They kept in communication sending pictures very often. They truly care about their clients and the animals they transport, which is something you don’t find too often. Wiz link Global Solutions was very helpful in transferring my new puppy from Ellensburg to Bellingham on such short notice. Amy is very polite and honest about her work. I was very nervous using a service I had never used before. She made me feel comfortable and sent pictures and her location on gps. She have me an estimated eta, and then had car trouble and needed to be towed. She sent me pics through the process and kept me up to speed. With all of that she still arrived only one hour later than she originally promised. I was delighted. She does not like to be late and takes her job seriously. She really took great care of my baby. I was very satisfied with their service. They were responsive and polite from the jump. I would have liked a little more more communication once they picked up my two gsp's, and ideally pictures along the way. And I did notice the dogs were not in a kennel/crate. But the dog and the other 1 or 2 dogs inside seemed fine, calm, clean, and well taken care of. They were very nice, punctual, and overall i was happy with the outcome.

Dug transported our English Staffy puppy from chicago il to asheville nc, the puppy got sick and Dug was completely understanding and indicated that it was no problem for him part fo the job. Terrible service. From de beggining, changing the times and plans as time went through. I needed to arrange the pickup time with the pet seller. He asked to pick my puppy at 8am and he arrived 5 hours later. Then he told us the arriving time was in the next day morning, didnt commit to that, he finnaly got here at 8pm. He didnt reply our messages when he didnt show up at the time. I had to contact the website support. I think all the good reviews are not real, probably from friends. My puppy arrived full of flies.
