I was first impressed by the van setup when Rick arrived to drop off my dog, Nash. He was in a great sized crate and had some other dog company during his travel. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to transport my dog with an ideal price from Dayton, Ohio to Orlando, Florida. We were worried in the first place, but David B was in great communication with us before, during the trip, and after it. He provided us with updates and pictures during the trip and kept my dog in wonderful comfort. He even took her out of her kennel and put a blanket under her on the seat next to him. She got the puppies to the Air Carrier on time for the flight and sent me pictures of the paperwork and receipt from the Air Carrier. Most importantly my bike arrived safely with no damage. I was a little disappointed to learn that ADL was not my actual driver but rather subcontracted the driving to another company. I think this multiple layers of subcontractors led to miscommunication and resulted in a frustrating situation for me. The issue I encountered concerned delivery timing. In my situation, I had a timeframe that I was not going to be home to receive the bike and communicated this constraint before booking with ADL. I was provided with a delivery date that was 2 days after I was to be back home. Unfortunately, the driver ADL subcontracted with arrived 4 days early while I was away and wanted to just drop the bike off in the driveway at 10 pm on Memorial Day. After several hours of frustration, I was able to talk to the actual driver and ADL and arrange to have my brother-in-law receive the bike the next morning.

As soon as he picked up our puppy, he text to let us know she was on her way. He shared his location with us so that we could see his travels. My 4 kids kept up with the journey and loved seeing him get states closer. We also got pictures and videos during their trip. Once it was close to drop off, he kept us in the loop with time. He showed up when he said, and was very pleasant to work with! I would definitely recommend Miguel for your pet transportation needs! A++
