Suzanne’s help was like fallen from the sky to me. I’m glad I picked her out of all the offers. Not only her quote was the most tentative; she was prepared for the unexpected. She made the trip as comfortable and safe as possible for the pup I had purchased from Utah for which the seller gave no adequate transportation equipment. She provided crate and blankets for my pup at no extra cost. She kept me informed and was pleasant to talk to. At the end she made it here to LA sooner that I thought it would take. I was absolutely blown away with his service. He took amazing care of our Dodger, who is normally super timid and anxious around new men. Sanat showed so much patience and understanding with our pup’s behaviors and knew exactly what to do to calm him down. I was updated with all of the awesome adventures went on throughout the drive (like taking a walk at Harvard!) and even given updates on any changes in the trip. We even had payment issues that took up 2+ hrs of his time, but he was incredibly understanding and patient with me as I tried to figure it out while juggling around the needs of a newborn. FANTASTIC service. My dog Louie got out of the house the night before we moved from California to Florida and we had to leave without him. Let me just start off by saying for us this was so much more than just a transport job. We adopted two 8 week old puppies from Texas and needed to get them here to Massachusetts. My main concern was finding someone that would keep them calm, safe, and happy on their travels. Almost three days in the car seemed like such a long time and I was so worried how they would be when they got here! Thanks to Roland and the AMAZING care he took of them our boys arrived not only safely but curious happy playful little pups that were just happy to be home!!! The communication was ON POINT!!! There were mileage updates, videos and pictures at every stop! He even got to bond with the puppies and was one of the first people to help them get started on the leashes! I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

If you have the opportunity to book with her be smart and do it! Not only did she work with our budget but she went above and beyond. She picked up our puppy on a Friday night and had him to us by Saturday night. Not only did we have our pup, who was over 16 hours away, early but she took wonderful pictures of him along the way! She had pictures of him with mountains behind him as he enjoyed his morning walk. We got many updates on how he was doing and when he made it home he was behind happy and healthy. Chelsie did a wonderful job transporting my two kitties from Washington DC to Tempe, AZ. She was very creative with her crate setup, making the perfect little happy space with beds, and both cats arrived in great spirits compared to in the past when they've taken a flight. Patsy is very nice and sent pictures and communicated with me all the way here. I would use her again. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my puppy had access to her Mountain Dew and drank some. Soda, especially Mountain dew is toxic to dogs if they drink to much. My puppy is fine but it was worrysome.

Nicole was supposed to pick up my dogs for transport on the 1st of the month I had this planned 4 months in advance. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t leave on the first she contacted me and said she couldn’t transport on the first but she was still going to do it she ended up telling me she would see me on the 4th mind you she kept in contact this whole time the 3rd she told me she would see me on the 4th and never showed up for transport I contacted her numerous times the day before and the actual pick up day she changed it to called her countless times either her phone was off or I was blocked I ended up having to find someone else to drive my dogs. I’m still trying to get a refund.

(This is not a political commentary, just to demonstrate how reliable they were). She kept me informed with daily photos, puppy updates and current location reports. I am very satisfied! Overall I can say that I was very nervous about having my pets transported without me for the first time but R&R did an amazing job. they showed up for the pick up and drop off right when they said they would and had the courtesy of working with me on such short notice saving me immense amounts of stress. Pam was the transporter for my dog. Due to COVID-19 my schedule changed, and she was willing to make necessary accommodations/changes for me. She picked up my pup in Texas on time and drove the entire day. She was willing to make the drive without staying overnight anywhere which would have been a 16.5 hour drive! Although she did end up staying the night in a hotel and finishing the drive in the morning, she still delivered my pup on time! She was very friendly and professional. She provided GPS tracking, pictures, and updates along the way. My breeder even contacted me and said that she felt like my pup was in good hands. There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about Pam. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this transporter to anyone!

Cory was fantastic!! He delivered our 8 week old Maltipoo from Philadelphia to San Diego today! It was a very last minute booking (3 days notice) and Cory was right on it! He responded to my (many) messages promptly and was able to make the last minute trip work out! He was flexible and made our travel preferences work so that we could pick him up at the airport closest to our house. Cory said that Riley did not like being in the carrier on the flights so he let Riley sit with him on the plane and he was happy. He was in constant communication and made the process very easy!
