She had my cats from Saturday to Saturday longer then I wanted but that was my choice. My one cat is 19 the other is 3. They just arrived 2 hours ago so far so good they seem happy. She also is very informative when shipping pets, keeping the sellers and owners informed of any concerns if there are any. Where should I begin.... I started my search by reading the reviews. I found amazing reviews on Dominic and Ana. After chatting via text I was persuaded, I needed to book them ! The minute Dominic and Ana phoned me about picking up our puppy, I immediately felt comfortable, like chatting with a family member :) When they arrived for pickup, they were so warm an pleasant I knew these were loving caring people to care-for our puppy. Throughout the day, they sent pictures and updates. They also were able to get the puppy to the drop off in 1 day!!! Pick up was 9am drop was 10 PM!! How amazing!! Our new 4 paw son was brought to us via a very nice Class A Motorhome. He was treated to every comfort to make his journey as least traumatic as possible. This was an outside dog making the transition to an inside family member and never before had collar or leash on him. Stacey and her husband worked with him during the trip to become accustomed to them and sent us a proud picture of him in his collar. They wished to help us name our new son which was great. They transported my precious 8 week old puppy Lily from Florida all the way to my home in New Jersey. They were very accessible the entire trip, which put my mind at ease. I received continuous updates, pictures, and even a few phone calls along the way. But most importantly, they treated Lily like she was their own puppy. If I could give zero stars I would. We hired Daisy's Pet Transport to transport our 3 cats from Round Rock, TX to Owosso, MI. In her message to me she said, weather permitting she would be in Michigan the next evening. She picked up another cat, took it to Georgia and 60 hours later showed up with our 3 cats. They had been in cages all 60 hours with no litter box (she promised she would change litter) and all 3 of them were soaked in cat pee. She tried to tell me "it could be water," seriously? Anyone can tell the difference in smell between pee and water. My house here in MI currently reeks of cat pee. That plus all three of them are severely traumatized. I am livid. We are definitely going to contact our attorney and send him all the pictures we took. All of her promises and then the facts.

Dug Alexander and his wife Jenny are exceptionally nice people and true animal lovers. Our experience with their service was outstanding. They treated our dog like royalty even giving her a bath. Christian was absolutely amazing. We had booked with another driver/company, but the day of pickup ran into some mechanical issues. At first, I was hesitant to book someone with no trips or reviews under her belt. But she could pick up in a matter of hours, and after chatting with her for a bit, we decided to give it a go. I am SO GLAD we did! Christian was amazing. She texted with pics and updates all the time, and was super great answering our texts. She treated our pup like a king, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. She literally drove our dog across the county, and did it in awesome time! Everything was perfect! We were in a real bind. The airline cargo transport canceled on us 3 times. The last being 2 days before we were scheduled to move across country to our new home. The folks from US Logistics stepped up and worked with me to get our dog to us within a few days. Through multiple address and contact changes they were there fo us and with us. Our driver was amazing! Toby arrived safe, sound, and happy. If I ever have to do this again I won’t waste time with airlines or other over priced transport services. I’ll go straight to these folks. Tommy kept in touch start to finish. I was so worried about my little dog being in a car with a stranger for several days. She’s a nervous little munchkin and she seemed to do just fine. I am grateful because I needed to stay in Maine with aging family to engage hospice after COVID hit and having my dog with me meant a great deal to my well being. Cory was fantastic and flexible in both his communication with our breeder and ourselves. We had requested to meet away from the airport and he was more than happy to accommodate our needs and provided picture updates and regular texts to keep us informed of his timing and whereabouts. Being that this was our first tine using a travel assistant, we were quite nervous and stressed and Cory did nothing but ease our concerns. He was great and we would highly recommend him to others!

I would NOT recommend. I picked Dana 2 weeks in advance to transport a rescue dog we were adopting. She sounded great, answered all my questions, was willing to transport on our limited budget, and work with the rescue who was transporting the dog from UT to TX, where Dana was supposed to pick him up and bring him to us. The day before the handoff, she text us to let us know she was behind schedule and would not make it to TX until the following day. We were completely understanding and immediately made arrangements with a boarding facility in TX to keep him over night. The next morning (after the rescue had already checked him into the facility and left back to UT), Dana text to say there was an issue and she was concerned about states shutting down due to COVID and asked us to find someone else. I tried to point out that even if states shut down again, people would still be able to travel between states, especially if it’s for work. She said “ok”. I asked if there were any other concerns and if she was still able to pick him up as planned, as we were unable to find anyone else already in that area. She responded and said she was sorry but had to cancel. So our dog is now stuck in TX, at a facility we are paying daily to take care of him, and trying last minute to figure out another option to get him home.
