Honestly just happy to have received my puppy. I booked and was told the trip would be “2 days.” I was never informed there would be other “pick ups/drop offs” on the way from CO to NJ. He rescheduled the trip 5 separate times, one time he mentioned because they overslept. We had to move around our work schedules and this was very in convenient. The last pic of my puppy I got was her on/in a bag of some sort on top of a Snapple and mt dew bottle. Just very thankful to have her in our hands now. Only use this service if you are flexible on time and don’t care when they come or how long it will take.

HIRE TLC EXPRESS!!!! It is probably the most relaxed ride your pet is going to get. My 6 yr old GSD is very anxious and not socialized. I warned them about this and they seemed totally fine. They picked my dog up Monday morning and delivered her the following evening. She was sooo happy and I could tell they had really bonded with her as if she was their own. I can't recommend them enough. Both my mom and I were super nervous but we got pictures and reassurance the whole way and they answered all our questions. To top it all off, my dog was the only dog in the car! I couldn't have asked for a better shipper.

Dug was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process and trip. I helped arrange transport for a friends dog, and had never done anything like this before, so I was a little nervous at first. But Dug was awesome from the get go and I’m lucky he was willing to take this task! I was unable to meet Dug myself, but both pickup/drop off parties said he was super nice, also. He offered a great price and he kept me up to date with estimated time of arrival each day and was quick to respond whenever I reached out. I had to cancel because I was worried about him picking her up and not having her home when he said. Which would have caused me A LOT of stress and anxiety. Originally he said he would pick her up the 30th, then said the 31st, then the 1st and when I didn’t hear from him, nor did the breeder, all day on the 1st. I decided I had better cancel before I allow him responsibility of my dog. It wasn’t worth the risk/stress for me.

He came with good references, whom I have now advised that he was a no show. He told me he had a car accident and was hit by a drunk driver but could still do the job. I think he over extended himself.

Cory transported my cat from California to Pittsburgh, and I unfortunately at the last minute wasn't able to pick her up. My parents went in my place, and Cory did a great job communicating with both me and my parents during the flight. My parents were nervous about going into the airport (because of COVID), but Cory walked out towards short-term parking so that they wouldn't have to venture far into the airport. Would highly recommend!

Jeff, did a fantastic job transporting our puppy from KY to CO. He took the time to bond a little with the pup before taking him on the long journey. He adjusted his stops and rests according to the needs of the dog. He had the perfect kennel in his possession, with choice of seat harness. Sent pictures and updates along the way and provided GPS tracking so we always knew where they were. Our dog was the only dog he transported, which felt safer in these times of Covid. He wasted little time on the trip and made the journey as efficiently as he could. You never know who you might be hiring for jobs like this but Jeff felt trustworthy right when I set up the reservation and through the whole process. He is a very honorable person for the job!

While this was well outside of Cory's control, he didn't miss a beat. Within 30 minutes of informing me that he would not make the original flight, Cory had successfully booked another flight – at no additional cost to me – that arrived a short time after the original flight. This type of expertise is simply invaluable, particularly when traveling with a 12 week old puppy.
