I just had Nick deliver my new puppy home today. I had never used someone to bring a puppy to me. Nick was fabulous to work with. He was responsive and helping in the set up of the contract and I felt that I could trust him. He communicated with me the whole drive and sent pictures. Tina was amazing! She posts rest stop photos and details on her facebook page as well as individual texts, so I never felt worried about my dog during the transport. She gave me an amazing rate due to my military service and I am so thankful she could pick up and drop off while I was away on my deployment. I recommend everyone use her transport services. The vans they use are not overcrowded, are air conditioned, and she sleeps there with the dogs inside. I will definitely use her again whenever the military up and moves me again ❤. Thank you Tina!

Gloria was amazing. She shipped our 8 week old puppy from Indiana all the way to NJ. They went out of their way to get the job done but they were a broker and the driver was a private driver under contract to adl. They stayed with the original bid and had to bid my shipment higher for a driver to pick up my car. I was told the difference was to be paid by adl. The driver wanted the additional difference upon delivery and I was surprised. I was already late to work and after a hour of waiting decided to just pay the difference so I could unload my car. The pick up and delivery was late and communication was sparse. Still cheapest shipping I was quoted. Adl refunded me the difference I ended up paying. Over all I would still use adl again.

I had found our newest furry family member. Unfortunately for me, he was 1800 miles away in the middle of a challenging time to travel due to varying nationwide lockdowns, etc. To top it off, I knew nothing at all about "shipping" a dog, let alone an 8-week-old puppy! After researching shippers and realizing they are NOT all the same… and I was not comfortable with the transport of our pup with a bunch of animals in big rigs with row upon rows of cages. So, I chose Emi to transport our new baby to us. I never once regretted it! From the moment I confirmed her as our transporter Emi patiently walked me through every step of the process. She gave me precise, concise info. And was upfront about everything involved. With love and care, she transported our new labradoodle puppy to us in Southern California from a breeder in Missouri. She's an excellent communicator, and she sent us pictures and updates all along the way whenever it was safe to do so, which was very important as the Midwest was experiencing severe weather during our transport! To top it off, she got him to us earlier than promised! When she arrived, she gave us all the info. We could need about our new pup; including, his budding personality, when he ate last, when he pottied last, how well he ate and drank. How quickly food went through him. (I mean better info than the info I've gotten from human nannies!) Emi is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Emi is genuinely a fantastic pet nanny; she surpassed my expectations for shipping a dog! The breeder who dropped off our pup to her called me to let me know he would like to work with her again; he shared with me that he felt comfortable with dropping the puppy off to her, and he thought she was very good with them. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine whose moving across the country and needs help transporting her dogs!

My request was to have Dixi delivered within three days and she did it one. Dixi was a bit nervous at first but Kandice did a great job at making her feel safe and welcomed. She took her on walks, played with her and made sure she enjoyed her trip; which my family and I appreciate. Kandice was very flexible with time and arrangements.
