Our experience with this transport company was terrible!! Our puppy was picked up In IOWA. The driver made as far as Springfield, Illinois and quit. We had to drive to pick her up. The owner had more than enough time to make a wrong into a right but never paid us our money back. Do not waste your money and hire this transport company they cannot be trusted!!!

My experience was at the peak of the pandemic when air shipping was unavailable. I was nervous about sending my puppy with people I did not know.
