Steven brought my new puppy from Texas to California, and let me tell you, what a great guy who truly knows dogs and cares about them! He made sure to take the time to play with her throughout the ride and even pulled over to cuddle her at the beginning of the trip when she was nervous about the ride. We checked in often via phone call during the trip and he called us as well to give us updates. AWFUL! The entire shipment took much longer than originally projected, we were told we would have two licensed drivers and got one, they were supposed to come in a van and came in a small car. The owner Jessica is highly unprofessional and rude, she texted messaged threats and crossed multiple boundary lines. The dog smelled like smoke when we received him. The only saving grace is her niece who is learning the business.

Teri was AMAZING! We were initially interested in her because she is a vet tech, which gave us trust she would take care of our pup if everything wasn’t perfect. And we wanted someone to make a long trip in one day, which Teri agreed that others didn’t. She was fantastic in terms of communication before and during the trip. She sent photos of our pup throughout. Our pup got carsick on her blanket, and she let him use her sweatshirt!!! 12 stars for Travis! He made it in record time, sent us constant updates and photos, was an incredible communicator, and made everything as easy as possible. Our 8-week old puppy arrived in literally record time as happy as can be, and Travis worked out every last details with us. We wanted her to arrive without ever leaving the car and he changed her peepee pads and cleaned her throughout as we as fed her and gave her water and affection. He checked in on timing as things changes (meaning as he was constantly ahead of schedule) and even tried to arrive early since this was my 5-year-olds birthday week! He purposely arrived before she woke up after driving mostly through the night. I was never worried during the 17-hour drive and now we are complete as a happy, healthy family. Our breeder was a little leary about someone driving our puppy that she hadn't met before, but she came around really quickly after Cynthia chatted with her.
