I can honestly say that this was the absolute best experience that I’ve had shipping my pet so far. Me and my family originally moved from Virginia to California two years ago, and we used another company on this site, it was overall a good experience. Now we decided to relocate from California to south Florida, and let me just say after working with them I realize that my previous expectations may have been too low because they were absolutely phenomenal! Not only did they provide pictures along the way, GPS tracking, text message updates of when will Lola stop to use the bathroom/walk, But they manage to deliver her from California to Florida in just two days! Very professional, very consistent & transparent communication. I know how difficult it is to try someone with your pet but if you are considering them I say go for it. They do this job with complete passion, and it shows. Hopefully we won’t make any more across the country moves lol, But if we do I will definitely try to work with them again.

Unfortunately, due to a tragic accident, the breeder was unable to ship me my puppy. I reached out to Tamara and she was very understanding and sympathetic that I wouldn't be receiving my baby. She didn't charge me anything for canceling and thanked me for contacting her. If I ever need a baby shipped I will definitely be using Tamara to ship my little ones to me in the future. She was amazing! Trust me I was super skeptical because who wouldn't be when they buy a dog they've never seen online(we used Greenfieldpuppies.com), and then the breeder reccomended the website citizenshipper.com to get her shipped! I put a deposit down for the puppy and hired her all in 1 hour or less! She was more than happy to do anything I asked which wasn't much just a picture when she picked up the puppy and then everytime she stopped I got pictures as well! I didn't have an IPhone so she set me up with life360 app and I could see where she was driving, how fast she was driving, and everytime she made a stop! She was super accurate with her arrival time even due to snow being an issue she still made it to us! Our puppy came from Aaronsburg, PA to us in Londonderry, NH I HIGHLY recommend vet tech on the road! Best experience ever! We've had our puppy almost 3 weeks and she is super healthy!

We were very skeptical about sending our baby off with someone we didn’t know. But due to covid, most animals are not allowed to fly right now so we had no other options. Fur de lis offered us the most competitive price so we took our chance. They relocated our 9 year old, 45lb pit bull all the way from FL to WA state. Our baby is great with people & cats but she does horrible with other dogs & they still accepted her & kept her safe along with the other dogs they were traveling with.

She provided regular updates and photos and sent us tracking information so we could see our pup's journey. We were especially impressed with the extra steps she took to care for our puppy: a snuggle toy with a dog heartbeat to soothe at night, pheromone spray to reduce stress and potty stops every 2 hours with playtime as well. Care /well being of our fur friends? Mr Hardy seem to have taken great care of our dog. He arrived well taken care, a bit dehydrated but our dog pants and drools heavily when in a car so no fault. Type of services rendered (flight or ground transport)? Ground transport from east coast to west coast SWCTS communication process (pictures & videos, ETA, ETD)? Communication was good. Videos were sent at least once a day and quickly upon request. Number of days it took to deliver (Was arrival & delivery as agreed upon)? 5 days of travel and arrived early. Was pricing affordable (ease/ security of our payment processes)? Pricing was very reasonable. Used cashapp to pay. Were we respectful & courteous? Mr Hardy was very respectful and courteous. So I booked her through citizen and she wouldn’t even do my trip so it was supposed to be refunded but idk if it was. She wanted all money upfront or she said she wasn’t gone do it. EJ was such a reliable transport. My sister found out she had two days notice to be deployed. We did not have enough time to drive from Pittsburgh to Charleston to take in her dog and saw a posting by EJ to help. She sent texts updates and even shared her location with us so we could see where they were. My sister’s dog, Vinny, was treated to multiple bathroom and water breaks, a comfy back seat (with safety harness), and a lot of love. Very. I would like others to know that the most important thing in handing your babyh off to complete strangers is that first you have gots to trust that person. Anthony earned our trust before he even picked up Racer and we had conversations about life and career and family. We spoke as if we had known each other for decades. And he gave me access to him all the way through. This man got stuck in a snowstorm and I thought my baby would be too so he prepared a contingency plan that we went through and it had three outcomes. The one i loved the most was so thoughtful; he knew I wouldn't be able to get to my daughter so he reserved a hotel room for her and the dog for when she lands just so she won't feel lost or scared. I don't know but, the price was right for all that they did and showed me. I mean they were just so perfect and excellent. They get 10 stars and then some from me amd my daughter. Racer is safe, Anthony weathered a snowstorm where he got stuck for an hour, and he yet still managed to keep me in the loop. Your service to our country and how you care showed during this time. I was never worried. Heck! He was sending updates when we wasn't even responding back lol!!! Thank you for making our Racer feel safe and easing our minds at the same time.

I am very apprehensive when it comes to other people taking care of my pup, but Susan reassured me every step of the way with pictures and videos of my girl playing at every stop they had. My pup is fearful when it comes to meeting new people, however she LOVED Susan right off the bat so I knew it was going to be a great trip for her. It was a long trip and I'm so glad I picked them to transport her. They're caring and always put the dog's needs first. Susan reassured me I can facetime her whenever I wanted and even set up a GPS tracker. My dog had an amazing time with Susan and her husband. I had a 10/10 experience with them, and highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them again to transport my puppy!

Jamie and Monica are AMAZING. Not only did they step right up to do an emergency transport on a moment’s notice at 9 pm at night, but were able to easily handle a dog that no one else was willing to! And then sent us photos of the reportedly “aggressive” dog snoozing in their back seat and kept in communication with us the whole time. They are TRUE animal lovers through and through and we will definitely be using them again! ?❤️
