Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Patricia/Northern Southern Transport is EXTREMELY unorganized. I booked my Staffordshire Terrier to be transported by this God-forsaken company several days before transport was needed. After booking, I was told I would hear from Patricia two days later to confirm details. I waited, & waited, & waited until the day before our scheduled transport- NOTHING . I had to contact HER, which in that moment she claimed to have sent me 5 messages which had miraculously disappeared from both of our accounts- we had a liar on our hands. The next day, the day she was scheduled to pick up my Nyla, I still had not heard from her. I had to contact her yet again! On this phone call, she acted as if she had no clue she was supposed to be picking up my dog that day, though it was obviously discussed in our messages AND confirmed less than 24hrs before. I was appalled. She then confessed that she had me scheduled for pickup the day she had actually assured Nyla would be dropped off- a fumble of massive proportions. Ladies and gentlemen, she cancelled on me THE DAY SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKING UP MY DOG. Leaving me in shambles, scrambling to find another transporter less than 24hrs before I was scheduled to fly across country. I was in tears, my dog is basically my CHILD and Patricia left us out in the cold without a care in the world. LUKILY, Riley from See Spot Ride LLC was able to swoop in and save the day. He was great- organized, kept me well informed, & he and Nyla became great friends. I highly recommend you all choose Riley with See Spot Ride over Northern Southern transport and save yourself the stress and tears. A big thumbs DOWN to Patricia and Northern Southern Transport- a huge disappointment!

Riley was GREAT! After Northern Southern Transport cancelled on me THE DAY they were scheduled to pickup my Staffordshire Terrier- Nyla, Riley with See Spot Ride swooped in and saved the day. I had to make an emergency transport request and Riley was able to squeeze me in and was there to pick up Nyla the very next morning before my flight. He sent plenty of pictures, kept me updated along the way, and even got Nyla to me ahead of schedule! Very pleased with Riley, & he and My Ny-Ny became great friends along the way. I was very nervous about this service but my dog breeder recommended it. I hired Bryan based on great reviews and he was FANTASTIC! I spoke with him on the phone before and during the transport. He shared his GPS tracking on Google Maps which was awesome and our little kids LOVED watching his picture moving along the route to our home with our new puppy! He took pictures at each stop and updated us along the way on how he was doing. Bryan is a very caring man and we are so thankful that he was able to deliver our pup to us!

ZERO stars. She was supposed to be in the car with her dog and a cat to go from Lexington, KY to Fort Lauderdale,FL. She was delayed a bit picking up. 1 day turned into a day and then another 4 hours. She drove to Atlanta where they rested. There was zero communication outside of the life360 app. I asked for pics and got none. I don’t know how much they stopped. They drove to Lakeland,FL the next day where she stopped for 5 hours and then told me she was dropping if 6 puppies(didn’t know she had those. We didn’t discuss them when I booked. Then after being delay 5 hours, she was “going straight to” me. That would mean heading down toward the east coast and when I looked at the app she was on the west coast. Then said she was too tired to keep driving and would be getting a hotel for the night. That was around 9pm. She drove around looking for a hotel until roughly 3 am. (I was 2 hours away and she could have made it). There were no hotels due to spring break. My pup finally showed up 1030am the next day. She spent 15 extra hours traveling and being crated. She smelled so badly I had to bathe her twice. I do not think she was fed very much since most of her food was in the bag. When she got home I fed her and she couldn’t eat fast enough. I don’t think she was well taken care of. Her transport was incredibly unorganized. I was heartbroken that my new puppy went through that experience. Communication was hardly any. I called and texted to help find a room, find out why all the delays, and no answers or responses. No pics or videos that were promised. NEVER AGAIN!

Nick was a dream to work with! Very professional from start to finish. His wife joined him to deliver our puppy and they were such a sweet couple; I felt like we chose the right people to trust with our new puppy. Nick set expectations from the beginning and stuck to them, which I think is hard to do traveling 14+ hrs in a day, because you can never know what kind of traffic you may hit along the way. He took potty breaks and pictures along the way as he updated us with where they were and what the ETA was looking like. He also shared his location via a GPS app so I could pull it up at any time to see where they were. I was never concerned throughout the trip, because I knew we were working with honest and kind people and knew they would take the best care of our new puppy, too. You will NOT be disappointed if you work with Nick! I can assure you he will do everything within his power to make sure the experience is a pleasant one and as stress-free as possible!

Lily was transported to her Board & Train and she was healthy AND happy; even after 3 days on the road!
