This was a traumatic experience with someone that doesn’t care about your pets amd does NOT do anything she said she’d do. My puppies were supposed to be the ONLY pets being transported due to their age yet when she showed up she had somebody else’s puppy in the vehicle that she tried to lie about and say was a gift for her husband. She was supposed to deliver my puppies at 10:00pm but said she got turned around and detoured due to road construction first, then because of bad weather, then it was because she’d taken a phone call from a client and entered his GPS coordinates into her phone and it automatically rerouted her to them without her knowledge. I asked data prior to meeting up with her if she provided GPS tracking and she said she did but refused to provide it at any time during the trip. She opted to detour from taking my puppies to their drop off location to instead taking the other puppy to their drop off location first which was a 500 mile detour that kept my puppies locked in her dirty car for an extra 9 hours!! She has no business transporting pets and I recommend you look somewhere else as she’s a liar and doesn’t do anything that she promise to do. Melissa

If any issue came up, we were in excellent communication and was fixed immediately! I would just recommend that if your dog has any needs, to communicate clearly and give exact information in case anything happens. She put a lot of thought and effort in making sure my dog was comfortable and happy! By the way, my dog is a large 60+ pound Husky so it definitely was a journey! I love Kara! She is definitely a blessing from God. She delivered my Axel who is a Rottweiler puppy to me and let me know how he was doing and sending pictures until she got to me to drop him off to me.
