ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE PROVIDED BY Emi with Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny. I have used several Air Transport Nannys, but never needed a ground transport until I purchased 3 dogs from a breeder recently. I am a breeder myself. I was looking for an extremely trustworthy nanny to pickup and deliver three extremely valuable pugs. Emi made the whole proccess seemless. She is insured and provides a contract for the delivery and pickup. She sent both myself and the breeder tons of photos, text messages and occasional phone calls to let us know exactly where she was and updates on the dogs. Emi has the best setup for traveling with dogs. You could tell by the photos of the dogs during the trip they were happy and well cared for. My dogs arrived happy and content. I can't say enough good things about Emi and the service she provides. I will gladly use her services and recommend her to our puppy buyers and other breeders needing a pet nanny service. Kerry was simply awesome! He communicated very well when we were planning the pick up of our Bernedoodle puppy, Murphy. He was thorough and made sure he had the details he needed to pick Murphy up from the breeder without and problems. He even sent us pictures and had GPS so we could track where he was on the journey from Indiana to New York. Kerry drove over 14 hours in 1 day, taking needed stops for Murphy in order to deliver him the next day in the morning. Kerry's dog Axel provided Murphy with the calming presence he needed to make the car trip less stressful for out little one. Kerry knew we wanted to surprise our girls when they got home from school and he made sure to get here in plenty of time. Kerry was careful, thoughtful, and extremely pleasant yo work with. He even responded to questions I had about the process while he was on vacation. You can't go wrong in choosing Kerry to deliver your pet safely and with the utmost care. I would highly recommend him.

Joe was incredibly personable, calmed my nerves because it was my first time using a service like this and he set me up with his partner Pat for the ride. This was a challenging transport. Both of our dogs are paralyzed, and there was winter weather too. JoDee was incredibly kind, efficient and caring. I was worried sending two wheelchair dogs in diapers but JoDee cared for them like the king and queen they are, and delivered them safely and on time. Can't recommend JoDee more highly. LickitySplit stepped in very last minute, at a very decent rate, and took 5 Star care of Ragnar! They were so nice, Ragnar visited places and had a blast, they set us up a GPS tracker for our peace of mind and gave frequent updates and pictures. Amazing company. Got my little guy here safe and sound. Half a day was wasted due to some car troubles along the way but I was informed every step of the way, and they even made up for some lost time. I received pictures of all the puppies in rooms of a hotels when they took little breaks and all throughout the trip from California to NYC. The driver was always just a phone call or text away and never gave a hard time. Wayne Miles, the driver; seemed to really love his job and was passionate, which is exactly what I wanted the person who took on the responsibility to pick my puppy up and bring him to me across the country to have. I was also assured that he was safe the entire time and well fed. Just a pleasant experience overall, Highly recommend!

She was so professional and communicative right from the start- super efficient and I was so nervous to send my AKC stud dog away with someone I didn’t know but she was very reassuring and made it a seamless process. She has a true love for animals and she is doing this for all the right reasons. The destination address was remote and up a mountain road that was not graded and it was dark and she handled it all in her stride and cheerfully got my dog delivered safe and happy: lots of photos and texts along the way too ❤️ I would hire her again in a heartbeat and will refer her to everyone I know . I had a terrible experience with Angela. I booked her to drive my 12 year old Labradoodle from DC to FL a month in advance. I made clear that it needed to be a private ride for my dog, and that my dog had to be put into her seatbelt, not in a cage. We had a clear pick up date of March 4, 2021. Four days before the set pick up date, Angela asked if she could pick my dog up two days early, on March 2. I agreed. The night before the revised pick up date, Angela asked me "How early can I pick up?" "I like to get an early start." I told her she could pick up as early as 8am. She agreed. On the next morning at 8am, she texted me that a man named Phil was outside my house to pick my dog up, and that he was "her driver." I immediately called her, and a man answered her phone. I had to ask him twice to put her on the phone. When I spoke with her, she told me that her van broke down, and that she was stuck in Arizona. She said that her friend Phil would drive my dog most of the way and that she would meet up with him to pick my dog up at some point, likely in Savannah GA. I explained to her that this was completely unacceptable and canceled the trip. The whole point of hiring someone through this site is that you are hiring the person listed on the profile. Do not hire this woman if you care about your pet.

I was very nervous using a service to transport my puppy but after talking to Sandy, I trusted her immediately. Four stars only because there were issues with attention to detail - despite my requests, the dog was allowed to travel wearing his harness & with toys inside the travel crate (huge choking hazard). Also communication was difficult at times with executing particular requirements that they weren't familiar with during the process. That said, Sandra & Mark took fantastic care of my bulldog getting him from NY - through the ice & snow - on time to catch his international flight in Miami. They were very attentive & sent pictures & video through the entire transport. Huge thanks to them for what they do, definitely recommend.

Carl just dropped off my dog Sage to me. He brought him up to Washington from California. I was so nervous about letting Sage ride so far with a total stranger. However Carl put my mind at ease as soon as the trip started and all throughout. He updated me plenty all along the way and sent me tons of pictures of Sage enjoying his journey. He arrived on schedule and was very polite and I could tell Sage had been well cared for. If I ever have to send sage on another long trip, I definitely want Carl to be the one to do it if he’s available! ??
