Kelly literally dropped everything she was doing when we discovered my breeder was closing at a certain time that day and drove 5 hours to pick up my puppy directly from my breeder and grabbed the first flight out from the airport to bring my puppy to me here in Texas. She literally jumped through hoops, and I am so thankful for her and her amazing service of bringing fur babies home to their families. 10/10 recommend. My experience with the flight nanny went so smoothly. She did a great job of communicating and sending pictures and updates of my pup often. She even bathed her so she could be delivered to me all nice and clean! She provided everything for my puppy, collar, leash, food, water, carrier. I don't think it could've been any better. Mindy recently transported my Japanese Akita puppies in Oregon and California. She handled them very well and treated them with excellent care. I’m very worried to let my puppies travel for 3-4 days but she cared for them like her own. She gives updates and pictures throughout the whole trip and communicates very well. She had my puppies in the back seat of her SUV so she constantly had eyes on them. She surely love dogs (and cats) and it shows how she handles my puppies. I am a breeder and will surely will use her again very soon.

Amazing! We had a snag shipping our dog in cargo on my flight to the east coast for a move and had to find another solution for him and our cat. They were able to pick up from my mom in Phoenix and arrived in Connecticut 2 days earlier than estimated. I received daily updates and pictures that showed all the love and cuddles Kodi and Bowie were getting along the way. JP is amazing. He was so good about keeping in touch with me the whole way. He knew I was really nervous about the long trip so he made sure to send both video and pictures. He made the trip in great time so Gunnar our 10 week old puppy didn't need to be in transport any longer then necessary. It was obvious when he got here that Gunnar was totally unaffected by the trip and that he loved JP. His prices were reasonable and even more important he was great with my puppy and made sure he was safe and happy when he got here. I would not hesitate to use him again and would have no problem recommending him to others!

I had scheduled an appointment with Lauren and was looking forward to having her transport my dog from Murrieta, CA to Nashville Tennessee. Three weeks prior to my transport date with Lauren my situation changed, where my rental property didn’t allow big dogs. I was able to leave my German Shepard dog with a friend until I get my house fully constructed. Lauren was great with understanding, why I needed to cancel and she was great with her communication. Lauren did provided me with a full refund for the deposit made. If I need to transport my dog again I would definitely call Lauren and have her do the transport for me. I highly recommend Lauren if you need to transport your four legged friend. Lauren is amazing. Despite we didn’t move forward with the transport all the way to the end. But I am very happy with Lauren and the service she provided up to the point where I needed to cancel. Thank you Lauren

Elizabeth and her Male helper were the best transporters I could’ve hope for this very important shipment. This was a AKC German Shepard 6 weeks old going from the Breeder to my 95-year-old farther who was very specific on the type and color of dog he wanted for his Birthday. After weeks of searching, the puppy was found and paid for, all I needed to do is get the pup from Austin to San Antonio. From the minute I contacted Elizabeth and set up the specifics she assured me everything was going to work out and it seemed as if a weight was lifted off my back. They both arrived at the Breeders ten minutes early took lots of pictures of the complete trip, in constant communication via text about traffic jams and timelines. I was very dissatisfied , she do NOT leave to go pick up my puppy when she first promised, and so she was late in picking up my puppy, their was use of drugs while she was employed by me in which I was paying her a great deal of money to Deliver my puppy safely to me. when he came to me he was shaking and trembling. I do not know what kind of treatment he got in his travels to me. And when I Questioned her about that she threatened me. the Breeder that she picked him up from said she almost did NOT Give her my Puppy !! The only thing she did right was to deliver him to me at the given time. In doing so she had another girlfriend with her she was video taping me, I saw that as another threat as well.If you are going to be in this Business you HAVE TO BE A PEOPLE PERSON, NOT Someone that threatens the person that is paying them for that Service. That is why I gave her one star, I did Question her about why she only had a three star Rating, NOW I KNOW WHY. I will never use her service EVER again. I have NEVER Been so Humiliated in my life. and threaten. Since then she has gotten Two 5 star ratings ?? Never again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From beginning to end, this transport was a nightmare. Showed up without a litterbox to transport 4 cats 900 miles. The trip that was supposed to be 36 hours (quoted Friday morning pickup - Saturday late afternoon drop off) ended up being a 4-day ordeal. The cats were delivered dripping with their own urine and feces, 2 of them were loose in his vehicle (one stuck under the driver's seat), and one cat has a minor injury to his paw. This was a horrific experience from which my poor cats suffered horrendously. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!

Lost of trust in this transporter to safely deliver my pups made us drive 6 hours to intercept the transport (between Denver & Albuquerque0) to ensure the pups safety If I could leave zero stars I would - I would not advise trusting this shipper.
