We are extremely happy with the pet transportation Robert provided for us. Robert was driving our puppy 7 hours away to his new owner. It was very important to both myself and the buyer that the puppy be driven straight through without being taken outside of the crate because he is only 9 weeks old and hasn't had all his vaccines yet. We were worried about him possibly getting sick. Robert assured us he would drive straight through and not take the puppy out. He was a man of his word. He made it in 8 hours. The puppy was happy, the buyer was happy and I'm very happy. Thank you Robert we will always watch for your bid for our puppy transport needs.

Steve was several hours late for pick up (more than 5) with no notice, so I had to change plans on that day. I was expecting regular comunication during the trip since it took almost 3 days. The person at the drop off reported that my dog was severaly dehydrated and had a limp. This was concerning. Steve forgot to drop off my dog's cage, so he had to go back the next day. Steve was acomodating but it could have been improved had I received more communication.

Nick quoted me at a rate that was about a third of what others were quoting, and since his profile doesn't offer much information, I was bit hesitant before booking. Carl and FurBabyTransit are nothing short of incredible. He was super communicative starting with the first message on CitizenShipper, fast in his reply and thorough in the information he provided. You can tell he loves animals and has a heart of gold. He made sure to connect with the foster mom and me early on in the process and then more frequently the days leading up to the pick-up. He provided accurate estimates for pick-up and drop off, text updates and photos every few hours without even asking, and really seemed to connect my pup. She was made to feel comfortable and it seemed like he cared for her based on her individual needs. She was allowed to ride up front in his lap, while his partner Gary drove. But she also was allowed to rest in a comfy, padded crate if she wanted to time alone. Either way, she got to choose and I think it really helped. I would 100% use his services again and recommend him to any person searching for someone to transport their pet by car.

I NEVER EVER thought I would ever be okay with hiring a “pet transporter” to bring my brand new baby all the way to me from Mississippi to southwest Florida! I honestly tried going around this option MULTIPLE times! No matter how I tried going around it , hiring a transporter was the SAFEST & MOST EFFICIENT way to bring my baby home .
