I highly recommend David L and his team. Patrick was amazing with my furbaby. They were very patient with my baby since it was his first time traveling so far and he hard a rough couple of days. They did everything possible to make him feel comfortable throughout the ride and even paired him with another doggie, to help my baby feel better. I was very anxious and nervous but they were very attentive, responsive and sent me text and pictures updates throughout the drive. The experience was beyond excellent! I would do it again in a heart beat.

The best part of having Flight Nanny J D as my flight nanny? My stress level went from a 10 to a 0 when I handed our precious cargo into her arms. I knew as I handed off our boy Hank for the last time, that he would be loved and cared for as if he were still in our care... and that is exactly what she did. He was spoiled and loved and protected just as if he were still in our overprotective care. You know those helicopter moms? Yep, that's me... but even more so with our puppies. Every day, she gave me updates on how he was doing and more pictures. She also negotiated with me regarding price and we agreed on an alternative pickup spot to save us a little money. When we got to the pickup spot, PayPal was malfunctioning for me, but we finally made it work and Brianna was very patient. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Kara is the pet transporter to use! Kara and her mom are wonderful people! My dog Biscuit was all set to be transported and then had to go to the vet at the last minute. Kara stayed in a hotel nearby and kept checking in with me to see how Biscuit was doing. She waited an extra day to transport her. This is not something that she had to do. Kara and her mom wanted to bring Biscuit home to us. Of course I was nervous about Biscuit having to travel (she doesn’t not like car rides) but Kara took such great care of Biscuit and sent me photos and videos along the way. In fact, there were so many updates, videos and photos that I felt like I was alongside of them. As the days went on I could see Biscuit become visibly happier and she looked better (the trip to the vet took a lot out of her). I put a lot of trust in Kara and I’m glad I did – she is a very trustworthy and kind person. If you have any reservations about using Kara please don’t - she reunited our family and is an angel to us. Kara has a big heart and loves animals. When she noticed that Biscuit wasn’t responding to dog bone treats (biscuits!) she asked me what Biscuit liked and bought Biscuit her favorite treat... frosty paws! I 100% recommend Kara! She will love your pet and your pet will be in good hands.

Having never purchased a puppy from out of state where I needed to find a way to get the puppy to me, I was very nervous also using a service sight unseen. JC transport was chosen because of their promises of care and the subsequent conversations. People can promise the world when you are not in front of them, so it was still a leap of faith. Throughout the entire 2-day delivery span, Jean lived up to her promises. I received pictures of my little man and texts with updates without any prompting on my part. Jean kept me totally informed and at ease with the care Atlas was receiving. However, her promised delivery time was not as on-point. Jean arrived with Atlas 2-hours EARLY and extremely happy!!! It was obvious from Atlas' interaction with Jean that she had spent a lot of quality time with her which showed me Atlas was more than just a package to Jean. If I could do 10/5 stars, I would. Justin was super, super friendly. He worked hard to figure out a schedule with a crazy situation. He made sure Pauly the parakeet got to his new forever home safe and sound. As for the driver(I didn't catch his name), he went out of his way. Again, super friendly. He was never given a cage to bring with Pauly and was willing to stop and buy me one before they arrived. I had time to run to the store and get one. We arrived at the destination about the same time. The kind gentleman sat with me in the driveway putting this cage together for me so I could take Pauly inside. They were absolutely awesome. If I ever need to transport again, this is the team. Thank you guys!!!

We are so grateful to have found Mary! She is sooooo sweet and took such good care of our fur baby, Sienna! She made sure Sienna was super comfortable - she brought a cozy soft foam mattress for her to lie on in the back of her van. She had pillows on the end for extra cushioning. We loved getting texts and pictures from Mary throughout the trip! Sienna was so happy to see us when we picked her up, but after making her rounds to say hello to all of us, she went back over to Mary, with her tail wagging, looking up at her, with a smile, as if to say, thank you for taking care of me Mary, I love you, bye bye! When we saw that, we knew they bonded and Sienna was treated with lots of love! Don’t hesitate, book your pet transport with Mary! Your baby will be in wonderful hands!
