When I suddenly found myself having to transport my son's cat 600 hundred miles, I decided to go with a family company. Aquia Pet Transport was personable and friendly. John texted constantly, he sent my son photos and he arrived when he said he would. With the bigger companies, I was worried that the cat would be put in a crate, shoved in the back of a trunk and not really given one on one care. I will never again use a shipping service for an animal. My sweet Siberian husky just arrived to my daughter and he’s on the way to an emergency vet all four of his legs are infected. When he left he was in great shape there was nothing wrong with him now I’m worried about his health and what this is going to do to him.One of his legs are so bad he has a hole in it and pus coming out. The other three are almost just as bad. I would expect somebody who is shipping your dog and has your dog treating them like family would notice something and contact you and have him take him to the vet before it got this bad.
