Tricia was AWESOME! She really helped me when I was in a bind. My uncle passed away and requested that his beloved dog be sent to his friend in Texas and I was in Texas only for a few days. I was able to lock down her service and she promptly picked up Journey, secured a flight to Florida and took him to his new forever home. She shared lots of pictures from pick up, at the airport, on the plane, in the rental car, then at his new home. Amazing! My fur babies could not have been in better hands. He kept me informed throughout the whole trip of when I could expect my fur babies to be picked up, and when my fur babies would arrive. He made sure they were well taken care of with food and water. He is very nice, good with animals, and you can tell he is also an animal lover. Della was absolutely amazing. She stopped at a doggy park to allow our new fur baby to play during the long commute. She shared her location and communicated with us the entire ride. Phelecia transported my football from Louisiana to Arizona. I literally couldn’t of had a better experience. She sent pictures and updates the entire time and use Life360 so I could see where they were at all times. She was really sweet, I could tell she genuinely loved her job. Patty and her husband, Guy were wonderful transporters! They picked up a dog from the ACCT Philly Shelter on behalf of our small non-profit rescue and transported her to her forever home in Western PA. They gave us frequent updates on the dog including photos and their estimated time of arrival. Patty was very professional with the shelter and adopter during the transport pick up and drop off. Since they only do single dog transports, I knew our rescue dog was in good hands and could travel during the 7 hour drive comfortably in their back seat. I highly recommend Patty and Guy when looking for a pet transporter. I am certain our rescue will be using them again!

Beware of this pet transporter. When I realized the quote didn't include the CitizenShipper fee, I asked if there was a way to go directly thru to her. She then put all the info in code to contact her. She got "caught" by CitizenShiooer, claiming she didn't know the rules, then I had to pay CitizenShipper. Then I referred another local person to her, to help her make more money on her trip, and she gave him a cut rate and charged me full price...what?? Then when the dog arrived, the dog, her car, and everything that came with the dog reaked of dirty, cigarette smell. When I brought it up, she said they smoke e-cigs and didn't know what I was referring to. First of all, I'm not pleased about my dog traveling in an unhealthy environment. 2nd of all...ewww! If that smell isn't from e-cigs, these are filthy, gross people! I originally thought I would help her grow her business, as she was nice to communicate with. But never mind. Don't want to put people through what I went through. Not to mention, they apparently don't use time too wisely. They wouldn't leave from the hotels until like 11am each day, and in turn got my dog to me after 10pm on the 3rd day of travel, when they originally said afternoon or maybe early evening. Just can't bring myself to recommend them again. Wouldn't have given 1 star, but it wouldn't let me do none.

Joe and his son deserve a 10 star rating . They were very professional. They delivered my boat ahead of schedule from Ohio to Texas. They even waited until my boat was able sail away safely. I recommend Joe highly. Just make your arrangements for boat to be shipped. At that point you can honestly just relax. Your boat will be delivered safely. This is a company you can surely depend on. They are the best.

He was well taken care of on the way including getting a bath. So glad I went this Sanderson's Pet Transportation. I had a lot of people reach out but was really iffy about the whole thing. Quotes were all over the place. However, I picked Sanderson was because of how many transports she has done plus all the great reviews. She not only communicated with me up until pick up, but also the GSP tracking was amazing. She sent several pictures a day to touch base but to top it off, she got our puppy to us in 2 days! 1-2 days before originally stated. I don't normally do reviews, and if your anything like me, please trust me when I say, you will NOT want anyone else taking your pet. Thank you guys for making this process a great experience.

He lied to me and said he was on his way and that he needed half upfront and half when he got here. He told me he was 5 hours out from pick up and reminded me to send the money before he got there. After I sent the money he stopped responding to me all together!!! He is a manipulator and a scammer and he doesn’t care about who you are he will take your money! He doesn’t care about your situation. I didn’t have much money to spend and he took majority of all I had.

Our driver Kit was great with our 4 month old Kaya and he delivered her safely and she was happy not distressed. Kit Sent pictures and communicated regularly. My only complaint was a gap in communication from the booking to the pickup. But I spoke with Shaun and he responded. I would recommend them!

Luria picked up my kitty in Bemidji with a snow storm coming. They were detained for over 4 hours due to an accident ahead on the highway. She kept me updated and did a fantastic job and had back up resources to tend to unplanned delayed with a tiny little kitten. What does a rescue do? I would like to give Michele with Noah’s ark transport that Susan Temple Parker and I hired from Citizenshiper 5+ stars! ????? There was a handsome beagle available for rescue at the Carroll county dog warden's office in Ohio available on Monday, October 19. It is a first come basis and if more than one person shows up they do a raffle. Fortunately the handsome Beagle was rescued by another individual. Michelle stated that there were two more beagles left that were available for rescue this morning October 20. Susan and I asked her if she would be able to stay an extra night to ensure that these two beagles were also rescued. Michelle graciously excepted and was more than happy to help! Susan and I reimbursed her for her time gas and accommodations for the night. We just wanted to be sure that these two beagles were not left behind! Fortunately Susan and I were able to pay Michele from our own pockets and have not had to use any of our beagle rescue fund! Being a rescue does not mean that you always leave the building with a dog in hand but you are there to be sure that they are safe and not left behind! Thank you all for your prayers! I always believe in the power of prayer! ????❤️ Henry and Howard are safe now!! Michele was the only one to show up this morning God bless her!

Last minute flight from New Orleans to Sioux Falls to pick up my daughter and her dog. Well her dog could not fly nor ride the bus. one way car rental was unavailable and money was slowly disappearing. No one wanted to bid on the trip. Until I invited Jason to view the bid. What a fantastic couple. They took such good care of my bird on her journey from Arizona to Washington State. She was so happy with them. She talked and played peekaboo with Laken.
