He was very reasonably priced and by far the best transporter I had communicated with. Gary even offered to pick us up a collar and leash, but due to the hurricanes and amount of dog rescues there was a limited supply, so Gary was even so kind to give us a collar and also some puppy food! I think of Gary everytime I look at that collar! Gary picked up our gsd puppy in Virginia after patiently waiting for the breeder to wake up as the breeder had overslept! Gary is very kind and understanding. He waited and picked up our gsd puppy in Virginia early on a Sunday morning and drove our puppy straight through to Wisconsin to our home and we had our puppy by 10:20pm on Sunday! Gary drove through rain most of the 16 hour drive and took time to care for our puppy and keep us updated! I apologize for the long review but I really wanted to tell in detail how wonderful Gary is! Richard and his wife exceeded every expectation! They held and loved on our sweet Frenchie boy until he could get to us. They gave us links throughout the trip so we could see where they were. They stopped multiple times to feed the baby, walk him and made him feel completely safe. They even gave us the blanket they used for him. If you need a pet transporter I highly recommend Richard and his wife. They were so genuine and kind, if we would have had no family visiting we would have let them stay here for the night.
