Awesome awesome awesome! Kellie was super sweet and my dog warmed up to her so quickly! She kept me up to date the whole way through, texted me photos, and let me know how my pup was doing at every potty break! I couldn’t recommend Kellie enough! Paul had great communication updates very nice! But we had agreed on my puppy to be picked up on the 26th and on that morning he texted me and asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting till the 27th because one of the other puppies he was transporting had to wait an extra day because they missed their vet appointment. I told them no because the puppy I got was bought and returned and then I bought him and for me that’s a lot of transition for a puppy plus I planned for him to get here on my two days off so I can be here for the puppy and his transition. Paul then texted me again saying that they were willing to pay more if they wait and that he would give me a discount but I really didn’t want to wait because of the situation I was in he understood and said it the puppy wil be picked up on the 26th and leave the 26th they then waited till 8 o’clock to pick him up and then Paul’s brother texted me saying they wouldn’t leave until the 27th and then the brother told me that it would take 3-4 days instead of the 2-3 days that I was originally told but they already had my dog and there was nothing I could do I asked both of them why and they said they would get him to me as fast as they could I believe that they just waited for that other puppy that missed his appointment so I felt lied too. Anyways I didn’t get the puppy until the 30th and it was at 5 in the morning. So I had little time with my puppy before I had to start my work week. They did send me lots of pictures and updates.

They were great. I had no idea how well this would work it. They checked in regularly with photos and reports of my kits. It was a long haul but everyone was fine and this morning you would hardly know my boys spent over 14 hours with strangers in an SUV. I highly recommend Perry's for pet transport. Vladyslav took very good care of our dog. They sent us picture and communicate with us frequently. They share their location so we knew where our dog was. When our dog arrived he was very happy so we know he was happy on the trip. We like that they were a couple so the driver did not have to take care of the dog alone. This gentleman is the best! Highly highly Recommend him! He picked my boys up from Illinois at my family’s house and my family said he was a great guy and felt safe sending my boys with him. He traveled over 1400 miles and did amazing with them! He kept me updated as he went and was even earlier than expected! Very satisfied with my experience with Brad! I was super nervous about choosing anyone to handle my kitties — they are my children. He was very courteous, communicative & sent me a picture of my babies I didn’t know I needed!!! Very reasonable pricing, too! Todd transported my mini golden from Montana to New York in just over 3 days. He did this in spite of horrendous weather, from an early season snow storm at the pick up location to sub zero temps, high winds, ice, and torrential rains at other stops along the way. The Kopelke’s transported my 9 month old Labrador from Salt Lake City to Fargo, ND. This service is very easy to work with. Patty was very helpful if I had any questions prior to booking and after. They were very prompt and I like the gps tracker so I could see exactly where they were at all times. There were some communication problems at times. Reception was not good in some areas when we tried speaking on the phone. Patty did send me some pictures of my dog. He seemed to enjoy the ride and it was reassuring that Patty and Guy are animal lovers. They treated my Charlie like he was their own. I was amazed at how hard the Kopelke’s work. They drove nonstop the minute they picked up my dog. Thank you for delivering my Charlie to me safe and sound!

Have to give Carl 5 stars!! I have two cats who were...very displeased...with having to travel. The setup was perfect with beds/litter and plenty of puppy pads in case either cat had an accident. Carl treated them as his own, and was beyond patient with all their quirks. I would use Furbaby Transit again in a heartbeat.

My dog was picked up on a Saturday afternoon In Georgia. Was supposed to be a 22 hour travel time to Idaho. I expected her to be to me by Monday morning given some sleep time. Driver did not show up until Wednesday evening, and sent a few fuzzy pictures on Sunday. I was truly getting a little worried after the 4th day! Way too long. The price was good. And she didn’t require payment until delivery.

We recently had lost our Rottweiler and found a breeder, but she was a couple states away. My wife and I had the best pet transport experience with Faith, Hope and Pets. We had never ever had any experience transporting any pets before. I conveyed this immediately to these fine folks. They were so understanding and sensitive to us. I really valued our new Rottweiler 8 week old pup and these folks did too.They took personal care and delivered our new pet to us driving through an ice storm and other inclement weather along the way to keep their targeted delivery date. Amanda drove all day to deliver us our new puppy. She communicated everyday up until the day of the trip and every hour or so that day. She took pictures, shared her trip, and kept us involved the whole time. She made sure the puppy had enough stops along the way and even made sure he was comfortable in the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I wish I could give them many more stars if it were possible. I had never used a pet transport service before and was a bit nervous about it. But everything worked flawlessly and I (and my pup) couldn't have been in better hands. Stacie picked up my new puppy and immediately sent me a picture so I knew she got my pup, and then kept me updated along the way. She had to spend a night at a hotel and I received pics and videos from before they went to sleep and when they got up the next day. I was always informed as to where she was. She then arrived at my house a bit early and had a happy puppy in her arms. He was even reluctant to leave her loving embrace and be handed over to me.
