I was very pleased at the speed of which they were able to take my corgi, it was very short notice and there were a lot of speed bumps throughout the process but my corgi got to me safely. My only issue I had was a distinct scent which resembled smoke lingering throughout him, his crate, and his toy. Other than that, communication was good, I was relieved with seeing pictures sent throughout the trip, and him eating because I know he has an issue wanting to eat. Overall, it was a very quick delivery and my puppy is safe with me now.

Transported 3 dogs. 1 died, 1 was left in topeka, ks where I had to fly from Honolulu overnight to pick her up. She was supposed to go to from California to Florida and somehow ended up being left in Kansas. The second surviving dog, was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and took 7 days. Everything happened on this trip. He got sick, his girlfriends mom got sick, his account got locked, his insulin meds ran out and finally it turns out he wasn't even on that vehicle. These were all young military families he did this to.

If I could give my driver Carlos 10 stars I would! He transported my disabled furry baby cross country and I couldn't even describe my gratitude towards the way he cared for her. To start, he was in constant communications with not only myself in California but with the rehabber in Chicago. He was constantly updating us on her feedings (using a syringe), calming her down, taking pictures, and sharing his GPS! Carlos is so gentle, educated, polite, and more importantly, he really cares about animals. I wanted to start out by saying Ronald is super nice! Always really nice on the phone and the breeder also said he was really nice on pickup. The issues I had were not getting updates on pickup (I had to consistently call to find out what was happening), not picking up at the time originally scheduled because he decided to pickup another dog (therefore drop-off was a day later then planned, luckily there was someone off work that day to be there), and not having bowls, leashes, crates or anything to safely transport animals in a tiny Toyota Corolla. My puppy drank two bowls of water upon arrival so that, coupled with no bowls being obviously present in the car or trunk, makes me believe she had no water the entire trip. I also ended up getting the wrong paperwork for another dog because paperwork was apparently thrown in the trunk and mixed in with other puppy's paperwork with no real system in place. Again, very very nice guy and I don't believe he intended for the trip to be a complete disaster but this was 100% an unsafe transport for all puppies involved that were free roaming in the car and had no access to water.

He kept in communication with us, included updates with videos each day to let us know how our dog was doing, and was just overall great with dogs! If there a rating for no star, I would use that. Thus a nightmare experience with this service. Communication was minimal. NO Time management stating they were nearby and then shut up the next day. Once said they were I n Pittsburgh (5 pm) and would be coming to that night. I informed them they were 6 1/2 hours away and they were surprised. Needless that scratched delivery that day. They said they would be at pick up destination VERY EARLY. They arrived at 5 pm. They had to travel 1 hour and 40 minutes to drop off and arrived at 7:45 pm. Inconvenienced my Work hours, cat 23 hours in carrier and destination was experiencing anxiety. They ASKED for gas money (above the fee). I chose Citizen Shipper upon friend recommendation. They used the service by someone else who brought 2 cats from Florida t I NY. Great experience. Will Never used this company again.

If I could give more stars I would. Louis was incredibly professional and extremely nice. He arrived 20 minutes early to pick up my two pups in L.A. despite a broken finger from a car crash that happened on his way to us. They left early Tuesday morning and he originally said he would have the dogs in D.C. on that Friday, however, They arrived Thursday afternoon (way ahead of schedule) super happy. I will definitely use his services again in the future!!!!

Donna was amazing to work with! She delivers exactly what is promised. Her VIP treatment of my pets was outstanding. I have two Labrador Retrievers - both big Hunting dogs (one is a big pup) and she handled them masterfully. I couldn’t believe her stamina and quick turn around! The dogs were well cared for, I received photos, GPS real-time updates of her route, and phone calls along the way. My pets were energized, and very happy when they arrived even after a long drive. She clearly allows them breaks as often as needed. I asked her to keep them crates in her vehicle, which is new and spacious, and she complied although it probably was not necessary. She really knows how to handle dogs, and is an ideal person to transport your pets. I would highly recommend her and will for certain be using her again.
