I was FREAKING out because I've never used a service like this before, and I was so worried about the 8-week-old pup I was getting being traumatized--being scared of car rides, crates, or other dogs forever. His ETA from LA kept getting pushed back and I was going out of my mind because I just want to meet my little guy. So instead of stopping for the night and getting him to me a full day late, John kept driving and arrived at my door at TWO IN THE MORNING so I could finally hold my baby. Ask for John!!

Like most people, I was very nervous about hiring someone to transport my pet. I feared the worse and kept putting it off...but I have to tell you, Cheyenne is AMAZING. She took such great care of my birdie, and sent me pics and updates along the way so I knew everything was okay. I would recommend Todd’s service. He knows dogs and uses it to address the unique needs of each of his canine passengers. I was impressed with how conscientious he was about safely transporting my 8 week old pup while recognizing the developmental period my boxer was in, planning carefully not to handle him too much and create a bond. He was in contact with me each day on the road and he sent a pic one day, The pup’s nose covered in prebiotic/ yogurt. He was very straightforward with the arrangements and was responsive when I had questions. Considering I’d never done anything like this before, I felt pretty much at peace and trusted a happy ending. And it was. Mu boxer puppy is here and thriving!

There are not enough stars for me to be able to express how extremely happy I am with the services I received from Jackson! The previous person I had hired, gave me one excuse after the other as to why she was late and ended up canceling on me, while my poor cat Simba was at a shelter. So I had to repost for Simba to be picked up from Las Vegas all and taken all the way to Healdsburg, CA and time was of the essence as my cat had already been at the shelter for too long . I’ve talked to many different people and received many different bids, but Jackson stood out to me from the beginning , not only were we able to come to an agreement in price, but Jackson was willing and ready to leave right away and drive through the night in order to get to the shelter in time or they would have given him up for adoption! He kept on contact with me, sent me pictures when he got Simba and made sure I knew where he was and gave me updates on his ETA, which was right on time! I definitely recommend Jackson if you ever need to have one of your furry loved ones transported from one place to another . He is very kind and you can tell he loves animals and will take care of them as he did with my Simba! My Guardian Angel was a life saver. We had been struggling with how to get Rocky home to his dad for over a month. Reann was quick to respond and very comforting in explaining the process. She was very accommodating and was able to book Rocky's trip for the very next day. She was very punctual and arrived when she said she would. She made me feel adease with sending Rocky off. She made sure there was room for his kennel and all his toys. She made him feel very secure and he went with her with no issue. She was excellent at sending updates and pictures along the way.
