Would recommend them to anyone wanting to transport their pet. I loved they treated her like their own and didn't crate her as I really wasn't a fan of it. Got updates in morning when left and when they stopped for the night. I received photos as well which really helped. It's hard having to trust someone else with their pets but they made it a bit easier. ?

Pawfessionals really cares about the well being of your pets. Upon pick up, Crystal immediately sent a GPS link and a picture to confirm. She texted pictures every morning and kept us informed. Crystal informed us that our pup had a flea on him. Regardless how it got on our puppy, she bought a flea collar and to treat him. I don't know how many shippers would do that. When I asked her how much the collar was, she told me not to worry about it. I paid her anyways because it was the right thing to do. In addition, she delivered one day sooner. Being a new puppy owner we needed to get Snoopy home safely. I took this step very seriously. After research and communication it was clear that Steve C would be the right person to bring Snoopy home. He spent the time to answer my question completely and never in a single word. My gut was right. Steven was reliable, caring, responsible, compassionate and honest. He was informative and gave updates frequently with pictures and video. We waited with excitement never with fear because Spoopy was in great hands, Stevens’ voice reassured us that he was caring for our puppy like his own dog. Providing a lot love,. a gentle hand and even snuggles. Steven was very sweet with our 10 week old Snoopy on his long ride provided him with lots of kindness. We were fortunate that Steven was able to provide a safe transport to our pups’ forever home. Snoop’s journey was an enjoyable one- A safe one. Snoopy even socialized with his new dog travelers. We never met Snoopy but with Steven communication along this journey we were able to be part for his first BIG experience which bounded all of us, connecting us instantly before Snoopy arrived.to us, This journey home that Snoopy took with Steven allowed my family to enjoy welcoming our new pup because we already fell in love with him waiting for him with Stevens’ communication and love of sharing . Thank You,

I want to let everyone know how amazing of person Suzanne is! She had a puppy studio apartment in the back of the car with toys, a bed, puppy grass and anything else Piper may have needed! She picked up Piper from a very remote location (Nucla, Colorado) and brought her all the way to Connecticut! She shared every step of the journey via pictures, videos, and phone calls! It almost felt like we were along for the trip with her! She made it so comforting knowing our puppy was being treated with the best care like we would at home! Piper came from a ranch so she stopped to show her cattle, take her for walks to get those legs stretched and made it here in record time! I couldn't ask for a better experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for puppy transportation who wants a relaxing piece of mind! She didn't just stop when she dropped off the puppy either she has check in on her to make sure she has settled in to her new home and we made a friend out of this experience!
