Would recommend them to anyone wanting to transport their pet. I loved they treated her like their own and didn't crate her as I really wasn't a fan of it. Pawfessionals really cares about the well being of your pets. Upon pick up, Crystal immediately sent a GPS link and a picture to confirm. She texted pictures every morning and kept us informed. Crystal informed us that our pup had a flea on him. Regardless how it got on our puppy, she bought a flea collar and to treat him. I don't know how many shippers would do that. When I asked her how much the collar was, she told me not to worry about it. I paid her anyways because it was the right thing to do. In addition, she delivered one day sooner. Great open communication from the start. Most important to us was genuine care for the pup and you could tell this is more than a job, but a labor of love. I want to let everyone know how amazing of person Suzanne is! She had a puppy studio apartment in the back of the car with toys, a bed, puppy grass and anything else Piper may have needed! She picked up Piper from a very remote location (Nucla, Colorado) and brought her all the way to Connecticut! She shared every step of the journey via pictures, videos, and phone calls!
