Like most people, I was nervous and uncertain about what the experience was going to bring. It began with a minor communication hiccup due to a change in phone numbers that was quickly resolved. The service gave me daily updates and left me regular expectations. However, Angel, my cat, was delivered to me in her kennell, which had her blanket covered in her own cat urine. The trip was from Virginia to Colorado, which took about 5 days. Her kennell was soaked in her own urine when I took her out of her kennell. The friend who the cat was picked up from Attempted to give the kitty litter box to the driver, but the driver refused. I understand cats are different from dogs, but the smell of ammonia was overwhelming when i brought the cat in, as if her kennel wasn't cleaned once.
