I was given notice of an accident while en route to a delivery prior to my pick up. This caused him to be one day late for pick-up. I was ok with that. Later, when he arrived, the trailer was too small, so he tried to swap it out for a larger one, but none were available at uhaul. He then notified me of another shipment he needed to get, and could return 5 days later to retrieve my vehicle. I decided to cancel because I felt like I was getting the run around.

Matt was amazing. I’ve never used a site like this and was apprehensive. Matt walked me through his procedure and assured me there would be live gps, photos, and plenty of communication along the way. I got all of that and then some. My puppy was spoiled with ocean front hotel rooms and gourmet meals. He stopped to get her special dog food as she wasn’t eating hers. He asked to give her a bath as she was dirty from running around outside. She got to me smelling amazing and he even gave her some toys and treats to keep. Matt was great. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I could not have been happier with Colleen! We received several offers from other shippers and quotes from transport companies I found on Google. Prices ranged from $ to $$$$ and I am a firm believer of the adage "getting what you pay for" and Colleen was right in the middle since she would be traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast. With the transport and delivery of our Mastiff puppy I was being extra cautious. What won me over about Colleen was her initial message where she said our “not so little pup would be spoiled rotten”. This was not just a transport of an item; this was a special delivery of a NEW member of our family. From initial communication to delivery, Colleen was absolutely amazing! She was super flexible and went from finishing one delivery in VA, straight to SD, and onto CA to deliver our pup. She kept us updated with daily photos and was always prompt with answering my messages (she uses a safe messaging app while she drives which I deeply appreciated). I was delighted that our pup was the only passenger because honestly you just do not know what can happen. Our pup was not kenneled, could move about car as she please, allowed to get comfy where she wanted, and got so much love and adoration from Colleen and her son. We had never used a puppy nanny before and were only willing to try it because of all of the wonderful reviews here on Citizenshipper so after our awesome experience I knew I had to add my own review. Our puppy was in Louisiana and we are in Seattle. The TTT team flew someone to LA who picked up the pup and flew with her in cabin t us. Our puppy was healthy, happy and safe when we got her. The nanny was very nice and polite. Communication was prompt, regular, and reassuring. If ever I need to move a puppy across the country again I will only consider Toni Tony Tonee. If you are considering hiring them I hope this review assures you that they are trustworthy.

I chose Steve bc of his excellent reviews. He picked up my puppy on Monday morning In Florida and told me she would arrive at 9:00pm the following evening aim NJ. He was taking her to his home and would leave at 4:00am. He said he would call me 10:30am from the road at a specific point. I never heard from him so at 2:30 pm I called and he said he would call back in 2.5 hours when he was at a certain point. The second point would make him at least 16 hours later. Not at all what he had told me. When he called he again told me he would be to me by 9:00. I asked how he could make it by 9:00 pm when he was still at least 16hrs away. He said I mean 9:00am tmw. I reminded him that he said he would be there that night at 9:00 pm and he said he was sorry but he made a mistake when we spoke he was "half asleep bc of his long trip the day before." He meant 9:00 am Wednesday . On Monday when he picked up the puppy he told the breeder he would be to me the next afternoon and that he was leaving then. I was transporting a less 2 pound pup and was obviously concerned but said nothing bc he had my puppy and there was nothing I could do. They arrived the next morning and the puppy seemed great so I was relieved. When I got inside I called the breeder as instructed. He told me what to feed the puppy and what to give her to keep her blood sugar up. Steve has given me neither. I called Steve and he said he forgot to give me the special food (I paid for and the dog really needed what she had been eating) gave me the wet food and no gel for her glucose. I asked about the gel and he said he "used it all". I called The breeder back and he was very upset there was no way he used it"all" and again the dog really needed it. We are quarantined and the food is not easily available and the pup needed both and we had to get it to the pup right away. the food steve gave me was according to the breeder only if the dog didn't eat the other. It was a back up. Steve said he would stop by on his way back after other deliveries In NYC. I had gotten the food and gel after searching around bc we needed it since that was all she has eaten and I couldn't wait the few hours. I told Steve's assistant not to stop I didn't want to deal with them as Steve had also called the breeder inbetween and was not honest according the the breeder. Steve's assistant said they would mail it with the gel. I never received either it has been two weeks. Never heard from them again either. The breeder told me that Steve was dishonest with him about when they were leaving to deliver the pup among other things . He also said Steve called the breeder to make himself look better etc...after not giving me the food and the gel. The dog is perfect and that's all that matters. I would never leave a negative review if it was not warranted but I chose Steve over others based on reviews and I was shocked by this.both the breeder felt the puppy's safely was at risk. The tube of gel will last for this size pup about a month. There is no way he gave her the whole tube. She would be very sick or worse. More likely he gave her none. Also a dangerous move. I have had many small pipes d know how important giving this is. When I spoke to Steve he told me how much he knows about dogs, is a trainer etc... etc... Hypoglycemia can be deadly in a tiny toy puppy. No gel or way too much is again dangerous. Again she is perfect so we are thankful there. She was clean as was her crate and is very healthy. But I still can't say Steve is at all trust worthy sadly, not can I recommend him.

From the first moment we met Taylor, he arrived early to leave on schedule. He was very approachable and not afraid at all of our 7-year-old Rottweiler Rocsi. He approached her with smiles and an energy that she warmed up to almost instantly. I even asked him a few questions about how he got started and he is very passionate about what he does as a young entrepreneur! He is going above and beyond to help others during this time and deserves all the blessings coming his way. I mean, he walked Rocsi several times during the 18 hour trip, gave us updates on where they were going, and sent pictures & videos as well. We felt like she almost went on a road trip with friends and was just living her best doggy life. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVER! SHE STOLE MY $$. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had an agreement to transport my dog from the airport to me, an 8-hour trip. Unfortunately, due to COVID, his flight was canceled. We agreed over the phone that she would transfer the deposit I had given her back to my account. That never happened and she never responded to my repeated phone calls, texts, and requests through my bank. Very disappointed. She seemed like such a kind, trustworthy person over the phone.
