David was super responsive and it showed that he genuinely cared that the pup got to our place safely. Also, he uses a really useful app, which shows his location 24/7. You can even see down to the detail on when they are taking a break, how fast they are driving, along what route, etc. The only thing that wasn't ideal is that they arrived about 10 hours later than the original estimate, but it was understandable since it was such a long drive.

The positive (and all that really matters): after an 11 hour drive, the puppy arrived safe, healthy, and very happy. Feedback: the communication started out great at the beginning, but really varied in the day leading up to and during the transport. It's completely understandable for plans and timelines to change, but more communication up front would have been helpful for both myself and the breeder to plan her arrival.

Christian went above and beyond. This was a difficult transport because of logistics and he helped me handle everything, because of a delayed check I was even able to give him a lot of cash to hold and that speaks volumes of his reliability. We had precious cargo a 4 month old Maine coon kitten and he went to Walmart before the pickup and got a big carrier for the back seat. He was early and communicated through the whole journey. I was very nervous never did this before but this is your man! You can trust them.. he is a real pet transporter!

The trip was for my three rabbits to come from my mom in oregon to me in North Carolina. I just made the move and needed to get my bunnies here. I entrusted Amy with my bunnies after trying for a long time to find the right driver. I wasn't very pleased with what happened. She was nice and got my furbabies, which we're picked up in Oregon on May 5th, home safe which is why I gave her two stars instead of one. She communicated to me that my buns were being picked up on her way to drop off a pet in Montana and that it would be four or five days after Montana that they'd get here. I assumed it would be about a week before I'd see them. When that week was close to over I asked what he plan do the drop-off was. She then told me that her plan was to go to California till the thirteenth then start the trip over with some other pets as well so I had to wait a ridiculously long time and miss one of my furbabies birthdays. The trip was stalled due to, last second switching of co-pilots because the one she had had a family emergency, a storm in Texas, and someone not wanting to have a cat delivered for several hours. All understandable reasons so I'm not upset about those delays. I do appreciate that Amy waited to deliver the rabbits until after I got off work instead of giving them to the other people living here. I didn't appreciate how the animals were cared for and the filthiness of of the bunnies equipment. It is understandable that cages get dirty, however most of the stuff all over everything wasn't from them. One rabbit even had bits of plastic in his cage. He had been chewing on a plastic bag with Amy's clothes. Its common sense not to place any material that can harm an animal where the animal can get it. My bunny could have choked on the plastic or had digestion problems and she just dismissed it. She paid more attention to the fact that the bag had her clothes in it than that it could have hurt my rabbit. There was also a severe lack of communication during the trip. The only times she talked to me was if I asked for an update with the exception of when she got to North Carolina. She told me that she communicated pictures and an update every four hours. She tried to send pictures once but they would not show up and that was way more than four hours after they we're picked up. The only times she'd message at all is to respond to my questions. She said the reason was because she had to teach her co-pilot. It only takes a few seconds to send a text so I'm not excepting that excuse. I am glad that she delivered the rabbits but I'm really not pleased with how everything went. I definitely wouldn't trust her to make the trip with them if I could take my decision back. The lack of communication, miscommunication about the initial plan, safety risk to my rabbit, and filthiness of the rabbit's supplies weren't what I expected and were not appreciated.
