We booked transport for our new puppy 5 weeks in advance to ensure we would have the puppy delivered for my sons birthday in time on May 1, 2020. The week of pick up I checked in to make sure that everything was on track, she said yes. The morning of May 1st, after I called her she informs me her car broke down in Texas. Wouldn't the first thing you do be to contact your customer, not have your customer reach out to you to find out? Ok, so we thought, unforeseen circumstances.. we will forgive that. She said she had to drive to MO to deliver and then she will be making her way back to TN for our pickup. Same story, with no contact until the day our dog was suppose to be picked up. But this time she needed rest. OK understandable, but why not contact us first? The next morning of scheduled pickup (in TN) we had no contact and then she informs us that she was in a car accident (in West Virginia). OK, again, Im glad she is safe but our pickup has now been pushed back 5 times. The final straw was when she was suppose to pickup our pup on Monday at 4pm and then pushed it to Tuesday at 10am. At 11am we called find out where she was, to which she responded she was still 6 hours away in West Virginia. My breeder and I both spoke with each other and started to feel uneasy about having the puppy go with her. I feel our family extended enough grace and patience to allow more than enough time to pick up our pup. She claimed she picked up other shipments along the way, Really? When you are two weeks behind on our shipment? The stories didn't line up and our gut said we should not continue service with her. We felt our trust and patience was taken advantage of. I would not recommend her services to another. It is unfortunate that we had to delay our sons birthday surprise by two weeks because of this. As a mother, I'm very upset that I continuously had to tell my kids the puppy was still not coming but as a customer, I'm ticked that there was not more clear and honest communication.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s the only choice I had. They don’t even deserve that. This company has taken down their Facebook page...They got a really bad review and don’t want people to know who they really are. Saturday 5/9/20 my dog was picked up to be driven to NH, before they picked up the dog it was agreed upon I would be in contact at all times with driver and be able to see their location at all times and when I asked if they would be stopping to sleep and what happens with the dogs, Mike said “we stay at pet friendly hotels and the dogs stay in the room with us” Early Sunday morning they hit a deer. I get it, crap happens.... however no one ever bothered to contact me and let them know there had been an accident. I could see the driver and friend were at a hotel... NOT a pet friendly hotel by the way. Check it out, Comfort Inn Colonial Heights, VA. It was 11:30am on Sunday and I heard nothing at all from driver. Finally when Mike and his friend checked out of the hotel they contacted me and told them he was waiting on a tow truck. Why would they wait until they rolled out of bed when they have a car full of dogs?? Why wasn’t this done first thing in the morning. He told me no tow truck company was open on Sunday. We all know tow trucks are open 24/7. When asked where the dogs slept he said they slept in the car with the dogs. So wouldn’t they be up early and not at 11:30?? I called the hotel, Mike and his friend did in fact, sleep in the hotel and had reservations for 2 nights. The hotel told me when they checked out and said they saw them leave and assured that there were no dogs bc they’re not allowed in the hotel. Mike told me I was wrong and the hotel was wrong and there was no reservations. obviously he got caught in a lie. So the dog had been in her crate in a car overnight for 12 hours with no food or water. That’s neglect and it’s ILLEGAL. So around 4pm he’s still sitting at the hotel. When mentioned to him and he shut off his location. The person who was receiving the dog asked for him to screenshot his google maps so she knew where he was. He typed in an address, cropped the screen and sent the picture... the picture was a red pin point of some address he had typed in. We all know on google maps on an iPhone you’re a blue dot. He tried to deceive us. When asked again for his real location he replied “working on it” I never got a screen shots of their location. We were told the dog was not in her crate and sitting in the back seat. When asked for pictures they wouldn’t take any. The dog was delivered this morning by some other driver, No one mentioned the one hired wouldn’t be dropping her off. If this was the person who had been with him the whole time then why didn’t he know which dog food belonged to our dog? He had to call to ask Mike which dog food was hers. If he’s there to help how did he not know? I should mention the dog could NOT sit in the back seat. The van was filled with crates and all of mikes and his friends belongings along with the crates for the other dogs. Also, there was a crate with 3 puppies stuffed in it. When the driver pulled out the dogs crate, there was dog shit caked to the inside of it, the dog had shit all over her. A dog does not go to the bathroom where they sleep unless they REALLY have to go. The dog was EXTREMELY thirsty and got out of the van and went and drank water from a puddle. These people do NOT care about the animals. They neglect them they see this as a way of making money and only that. I do not recommend using them. This story was shared on their Facebook page and that page has now been deleted. Jamie who initially contacted me stopped responding when she realized I found out the truth and what was going on with not only my dog but the others in the vehicle. Instead She responded to a review that was written by the person receiving the dog and blatantly lied in it and was petty and vindictive. This post is to simply let people know the truth and who they are so they don’t do this to anyone else. Cops are involved with this. It is illegal to confine and animal in an unattended vehicle for any amount of time under conditions that endanger the health or well-being of the animal due to heat, cold, lack of proper ventilation, lack of food or water or other circumstances that could cause suffering. My dog was left in her crate for 12 hours while mike and his friend slept in the hotel and when they rolled out of bed around 11-11:30 that’s when they decided they would let the dogs out of the car, feed them and give them water. It’s unacceptable. I have pictures of my dogs crate covered in dog crap and I have all screen shots between myself and Mike and Jamie.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was so anxious (take into account that I am the most anxious person on this planet) figuring out the best way to transport my cat after having to leave him behind after relocating due to the 2019 floods in the Midwest. Aaron's communication was precise and timely, giving me updates and pictures throughout the transportion and even giving extra TLC to my cat, without me having to ask. He even transported various belongs without notice and without grief on his end. He put my anxiety and worry at ease. Even if it was over a cat, he could sense how much this meant to me, with my incessant need to know every detail of a plan. Not only was the trip done in an extremely timely manner with effective communication, but my cat arrived healthy, happy, and completely content. While I was very apprehensive trusting *the lowest* bid with no reviews, but I am so glad I trusted my gut. He happened to be in the same small town that I grew up in (in the middle of the Midwest) and that small coincidence led me to the most amazing customer service I have had. Great communication, timely delivery, and most of all, relief with a stressful process and a happy kitty. 10/10

He promised to pick up on Monday and deliver same day. We had a good communication at first and talks about payment process and everything. After that he never communicate until 15:16 that he cannot pick up because of some trailer issue. He promised to pick up today (Tuesday), which is fine because they would not start charging me storage until tomorrow (Wednesday). To avoid what happened on Monday and to know if I need to look for another person. I called and sent message without any response. Only to receive a message at 16:49 that he will not be able to pick up today and I can cancel, because they would not let him load. I called copart and they said that he came late. He claimed that he got there at 16:30 but they said that they close at 17:00 but stop loading at 16:30. Two thing, even though he can look up their phone number, I make sure I gave it to him. I used to drive truck myself. The rule of thumb is, you call your pickup location immediate a load is assigned to you; in order to get all needed information (Trip planning). i.e. loading time/business hours, location confirmation (which includes highway exit/best route, gate code if any and or pickup gate/ground or point etc. The second thing is, if he is supposed to deliver it same day as promised, how/why does he get there at 17:00 close hour? Lastly, I understand life happens. Why not communicate or at least reply text or calls? At least I saw when he read the message. The only + he has is, he was polite and calm on the phone. As a former trucker, I would not have mind paying/giving him extra money for the stress and cover any additional expenses. If he had communicated or at least responded to my text or call.

Let me start by saying that Perry Transport did eventually get our pup delivered to his new owners at the US/Canada border during the Covid-19 outbreak. That said, I won’t be using their services again due to the issues we had with their lack of communication. The pup was picked up for delivery from our home but not on the day or time that was originally scheduled. The company owner did text the couple in Langley to let them know an apx delivery time for their pup but never sent a follow up text to let them know that the driver had been stopped at the US/Canadian border because he didn’t have the required border crossing paperwork, even though we were promised that they made dog deliveries to Canada all the time. Neither the company’s owner or the driver called to let the Langley couple know they were delayed. The couple waited all night for their pup. When I called to get an update on the puppy delivery, the owner stated that I was not allowed to contact the driver - company policy. We had to call the owner who would call the driver for updates and then report back to us. A pup delivery that should have taken 3:30 - 4 hours took almost 24 hours. The only reason the pup actually got to the couple was because they drove to the border crossing and explained to the border patrol the situation and they allowed the pup to handed over to them.

Extremely Satisfied with Jim from start to finish. Our puppy was very young when we set all this up, he stuck with us, even through the CoronaVirus. Our Breeder was very impressed with him, which she isn’t too impressed often with stuff. Everything he said he would do he did. He even put up with our anxious calls making sure our puppy was on our way! This gentleman is very professional. Took great care of our puppy, supplied pictures as promised! He left and arrived on time as promised, no mistakes! Our puppy was pure joy when he opened the door! ❤️ And we saw just how safe he was traveling, in a perfect crate. He had everything prepared from our breeder. We saw Jim keeping up on his vehicle which we took note of as that’s very important, we don’t want our puppy stranded in the heat. Ireta and her most trusted crew were great on traveling my pooch. Or should I saw PAWSOME!!! They were right on time with pick up and drop off as I requested. They kept on givibg me uodates and pics of my pooch amd their travel routes. They had their guidelines rules and regulations on their ground travels for each pet's age group in their care. They were so wonderful to my pup kept him clean every moment. He smelled wonderful and his white fur looked like as if he just came out of spa. They were extremely attentive and reliable with everything. With my first experience with ground travel instead of using air travel. They defiantly went above and beyond for me and my pup. I have a feeling that he didn't want to leave them. Now that is definatly a trust plus all the way!!! a beautiful bond that my pup had with her and her crew.
