He was nice and the dog is fine, but the delivery took much longer than we anticipated. The delivery was from FL to NJ and the puppy left Saturday morning and arrived Tuesday evening. Our customer called soon after delivery to inform us that the dogs bed, blanket and food was not delivered with the dog and asked to be refunded for all the items. We sent the driver with a brand new bed, blanket and a 4lb bag of food for a 10 week old puppy so there should have been food left for the customer. So now they have their brand new dog who has traveled for 4 days and none of his food to feed him. The customer also was told the dog would be delivered late Wednesday night and then told around noon Thursday that it would actually be 5 more hours and that he was just getting back on the road. Just wasn't as organized and well planned as I would have hoped.

Just wanted say thanks again to Gypsie’s Fur PAL Express, we recently moved from Castle Rock, CO to Dallas, TX and needed help transporting a kitty we were adopting from a shelter. Kara at Gypsie’s Fur Pals was wonderful to work with; she picked the kitty up from the shelter in Colorado and drove her to Dallas, arrived here in just over 24 hours. She kept me updated continuously and sent photos along the way. Kitty arrived safe and sound and did not seem to be very stressed from her road trip, was doing very well. Fantastic from the start. Shalem’s communication was spot on. He notified me when he was on his was to pick up our 3 lb Mini goldendoodle, again when he got there to pick up our cutie and a picture to know he was safe. He gave me a tracker to see where he was on his journey. I had a little hiccup on where to drop off our pup because it was a surprise for my husband and he was going to be home, Shalem had no problem meeting me down the street. I highly recommend!

My experience with Monica and her son was beyond what I expected. I had them transport my dog Ken who is a very anxious dog and typically takes a week to adjust to anyone new. Within 5-10 minutes of meeting them, he was all over them, hopped in their car, and was ready to go! They were very communicative with me the whole trip, sending pictures and update multiple times a day. What I thought was going to be a very stressful trip for my dog turned out to be a vacation for him. Monica and her son are amazing dog people and seriously worked miracles to keep my pup comfortable throughout the trip. Definitely would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are concerned about the care and attention your pet will receive through their trip!

Luis with pcsmypet was outstanding. He drove my puppy from Kentucky all the way here to Seattle. He was very polite and professional from the first phone call till the arrival of my puppy. He is a machine on the road and a very hard worker. But don’t be fooled he takes care of your pet and makes frequent stops where he takes pictures and texts them to you of your puppy playing with the other dogs. With updated tracking on his location it doesn’t get better than that! 5 stars ⭐️ Would you his again and will recommend to my friends.

Sanat and his brother transported my 13 week old, loud and fussy bengal kitten from Boston MA to my parents house in Georgia. I work at a healthcare company and our workload has increased significantly due to the COVID pandemic, which is why I wasn't able to give my kitten the attention he needed. Sanat was highly professional and stayed in communication the whole time(15 hr car ride) . He also transported all of my kittens stuff along with the animal. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I have a Great Dane and he was quickly reunited with us after a very long journey from Sacramento ca to Columbus Ohio. We got daily pictures and videos of him when he was on his walks during his trip. I believe the price of his transport was extremely reasonable, especially due to his large size. Colleen is fantastic. She was quick to respond to my transport request for my new pup Loki, and was on the road in a day and a half from initial correspondence. Considering that she had just arrived home from completing another trip that same night, I was so impressed by her willingness to accommodate my tight deadline. She did a great job coordinating pick-up with the breeder and kept me updated with photos throughout the entire journey until delivery day.
