Rick was a very nice driver, our dear pup arrived safe and sound. We had a few issues around timing and communication but was able to work it out in the end. Rick was understanding and compliant with requests. went the extra mile to get her here even wore a mask at drop off. I suggest for first time ground transport users to set a clear expectation regarding how often you would like to be updated and how (via text, phone call, pictures, etc)

My experience with Melissa was exceptional. She drove our two puppies from Gulfport, Florida to Belle Mead, New Jersey in two days. Melissa kept me informed as to how the puppies were doing, advised me where she was, and sent me pictures of the puppies along the trip. When she arrived at our house, it was apparent from seeing the puppies that they were well taken care of on the trip and they were very fond of Melissa. She is a kind, trustworthy and sweet lady. It can be a daunting experience to have your pets transported across the country by a stranger. Melissa made it painless and I didn't worry at all. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her services again should the need arise. Five stars +

The moving company I hired to take ALL of my belongings showed up without a truck to take my motorcycle. Told me they would come back later that evening, but never showed and later told me that they wouldn't be able to come for an additional 2 days and I could "just leave it outside" for them to pick up. Mind you I lived in a metropolitan area so this wouldn't work for that factor PLUS I was leaving the next day to drive across country. So here I am, on a Friday night at 11pm trying to figure out what I am going to do or if I will trust the other company to do as they said. I reached out to ADL Logistics and was met with a support member who eased my worries and helped me get my scheduling situated. ADL was able to get me situated the very next day! From pick up to delivery, everything was seamless and the communication was on point. The best part is that the pricing was reasonable for a cross country move as well. Would HIGHLY recommend ADL to anyone moving a motorcycle!

They were WONDERFUL!? They transported two puppies for me to two different states extremely quick and at a great rate! Both arrived in great shape and had been cared for. They sent me pics at the stops they made. One of the buyers of the pups gave them difficulty, but they followed through and dealt with what they had even though it inconvenienced them. I felt so bad for that since it was out of my control by that point. Brianna and Doug are great people and I would 100% trust them to transport my puppies again!

Christopher did an amazing job transporting my very active chocolate lab. He was very patient with her and me. I didn’t know much about citizenshipper, and whether or not I could trust a stranger with my dog. Trust me when I say, Christopher is the real deal. His van is huge and my Bonnie got the seat to herself. I learned that he can’t always text back because he’s busy caring for the dogs in his van, and they’re his top priority. He did give me several updates during the drive, however. When he went to pick up my dog from my cousin’s house, my cousin told me he had more control of the dog than she did. He is a natural with dogs and I would book him again in a heartbeat!

This was my first time transporting a puppy, I was EXTREMELY NERVOUS as there are a lot of people you cannot trust anymore. Yvette was very helpful and reassuring that she would be there to pick him up and that he would make the trip home. When I read the reviews on Monica someone said they would give her 10 stars if they could and now I know why! One of the most positive experiences we have ever had. She traveled with her son, he’s such a great kid! He ended up holding our little girl most of the ride. The communication was outstanding, we couldn’t of asked for anything better. Texts and photos were constant from pick up to 5 min prior to arriving and anytime I text them they answered immediately. We ended up talking to them for over half hour in the driveway. I felt like they really got to know my puppies personality and filled me in on how she was throughout the trip. I cannot say enough about the two of them and would recommend Monica to anyone!!!! Cons -Unprofessional -No tie downs, scooter had scratches and scuffs all over.as well as floor space heater physically damaged. -We pointed out to him he said nothing and attempted to polish scratches that will never come out. Once check in hand everything stopped and proceeded to leave. After inventory of goods a $150.00 blow up pillowtop matress came up missing which was seen being put in truck after being handed to him on pickup of goods. Called 10 minutes after he left, said not in truck. -Very small trailer, just a guy running around the country visiting his family having his gas paid for. Where to even begin with this experience! So we are a military family and moving across the country. Chris was amazing from the very beginning. I wasn’t sure of the dates at first and he was very flexible. We had two dogs, and their kennels. We originally thought the dogs would be flying so I bought series 500 and 700 kennels. He assured me they would fit in his car, I must say I was nervous about this just because my bigger dogs kennel IS SO BIG! but he got there and made it work! And my big dog still had room to lay down, he sent several messages throughout the process and pictures and even a video! He made the trip in one day! From Florida to Texas. My husband received the dogs on the other end, and he said they were very happy and healthy when they arrived. We are very pleased with this service and with the care that Chris provided! If ever we need to ship the dogs like this again we will be sure to use this site. My bigger dog is anxious and I wasn’t sure how she would do traveling, but Chris says she did just fine!
