Could not have asked for a better experience. Jessica is a true animal lover. She communicated and updated us throughout the entire process and journey. Jessica turned on GPS sharing so we could see where they were and shared lots of photos along the way. My first time hiring a transportation nanny so was quite nervous but Jessica made it very easy. Can’t thank her enough for bringing Ky-Ann home to us.

Shadwanda and Nathan got my pup across the country in a timely manner and are nice people. They gave me a few updates when asked for, and then a few on their own. The only problem was it seemed a little unsure on the time. They picked my dog up a day earlier than expected, and did not give a 30 minute notice like they had said. Then upon arrival, they told my family they would be here at 6 am, and did not show up until around 8:30 am. Just wish there was more clear communication on times. However, they got him there safely and that's what matters.

Their responsiveness and flexibility put as at such ease about our new pup traveling such a long distance. Our transport required a pickup from the rescue that we adopted from, a stop at PetSmart for some supplies, and then a long drive. The McCain’s made sure everything went off without a hitch and we are so appreciative. Additionally, they kept us updated while driving with photos, texts, and calls. Luis is THE BEST!!!!! He was professional from the first message to the time we picked up our puppy. Luis cares about his costumer and especially the animals. Luis and I were in touch with each other every day (6 days) throughout the process. He texted me when he reached every state and provided detailed updates on our puppy. Luis never complained about the puppy. He always had such positive things to say! He sent me pictures confirming the puppy was ours at pick-up and provided tips for how to care for the puppy based on his experience riding with him. We appreciated everything Luis did for us! 1 Star for Facetiming us while picking up the dog to ensure we received what we paid for. 1 more Star for getting the dog to Philadelphia from Ohio. Our situation was slightly unique. Dennis picked our pup up Monday night, to then have car troubles throughout Tuesday into early morning Wednesday. We understand this was beyond his control; however, we feel like he could have handled it much better. Tuesday morning Dennis called us to say he's having car trouble and is going to be on the road tomorrow and will deliver the pup by end of day (mentioned could be as late as 10PM). We said okay great... please deliver that evening and keep us updated. We also asked him to share his iPhone location after he offered this in his original quote... but he never did. I would also like to add every time we called and asked about a status update, his first question was "which dog is this and which location am I dropping him off?". As Wednesday at 10PM approached, we called and he asked if he could drop it the next day without ANY prior communication about being late. We said absolutely not, the puppy has been in his RV crated for 48 hrs. He then got angry and said okay fine, I will meet you at 12AM. 12AM approached and he did not answer his phone, then called me at 1AM saying he won't be there till 3 as he has been on the road all day and had to take a nap. Finally we received the dog at 3:30AM to have him COVERED in pee and poo. He was so smelly and did not look like he was in a good place at all. Dennis also misplaced our paperwork which we have yet to receive. When he gave me my puppy, he asked me "what type of dog he is" and clearly had taken on waay to many dogs on his route. I got a glimpse into his van... it looked like there were over 6 dogs and he was the only one managing them. I also would warn that he does not do text updates or pictures along the way... the only communication he has is over phonecall or facetime. I asked him multiple times to text us pictures of our pup and he never did. We understand the situation was unique... but he yelled at me for wanting my puppy that night and was not understanding of my side of the situation.

Just be aware there are things out of his control that can delay his arrival i.e. owner/breeder may not be ready for pick up or some type of hold up on their end. Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few hiccups along the way, which were not avoidable, but my kitties arrived relatively unscathed. Miguel did a good job of answering his phone and sending pictures of the pup throughout the trip and that probably the only positive part I had about this experience. Prior to the shipment no itinerary was discussed, and when asked for an itinerary twice, there was no straight answer given. It seemed as though through his trip he picked up other animals and dropped them off ( which was never originally discussed) which kept pushing back the time that my pup was supposed to be originally delivered. We were told the pup was supposed to get to us by 2-3 in the morning on Sunday but instead was delivered at 5 in the morning on Tuesday. My poor pup was traveling for almost 4 days. Had I known it was going to be this long and hard on my pup I probably would have chosen an alternate driver. My pup did make it safely to my home thankfully but this was very not the best experience for her or us.

Great communication and when my pup got home, he was so happy! You could tell he had a great trip. He also had another puppy with him so I’m glad my puppy got to bond with another puppy but you could also request trip to be just your animal alone! The breeder also told me she was very pleased about how professional he is! I was informed before using All Paws Headed Home's service that I would be provided with frequent updates. I found out from the breeder that the driver would be arriving within 2 hours for pick up. This was the day BEFORE she was scheduled to be there. It would not have phased me, but the breeder had to contact and notify me of this change; not the company. Instead of our puppy arriving the morning of the 28th (as planned), she was home the afternoon of 4/27. The entire experience was complete chaos and unprofessional. The driver was very polite, however. If you are looking for a cheap transporter, this company might be right for you. But if you care about the best interest of your pet and things going by "smoothly", I would highly recommend looking for another transporter.

Joe is awesome! He was very personable and easy to coordinate a pick up and delivery time. He completed the delivery literally within minutes of his ETA.
