2982 Washington State to VA Excellent Service! The Spoiled With Care Staff were amazing, very swift to respond to my request and throughout the booking process. There price was the best I'd found ( 1/2 the mileage) AND, they provide a discount for Active Service Members! The payment process was very easy. I paid the Citizen shipper fee to the site, and paid the staff via CashApp. The staff communicated with me often prior to booking, sent photos and texts at pick up and every day during the shipping process. Since my friends forgot to pack certain items, The Staff provided a cage, a color(my dog chewed through his harness) a leash and bowls with no extra charge. A small carry-on suitcase was permitted for my dog's to things. The Spoiled with Care staff picked up on time and as planned. They arrived a day the day before expected which was great! (Friday-Tuesday) They contacted me and waited until I was available for drop off. My dog arrived safe and sound. He was so excited! Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Spoiled With Care a 1000 times over! Thank you so much!

If I could give more stars I certainly would! I had never heard of/used this type of service before so was hesitant and nervous to have our new (to us) puppy transported half way across the country. I could not have been more pleased with how everything went. From Monica’s first response to my inquiry to the moment they dropped our puppy off, they were phenomenal. They treated our little boy (Toby) as if he was their own with caring messages and updates along their journey. Toby arrived happy, healthy and earlier than initially projected. From beginning to end, we give them an A++. Thank you for such wonderful service, I can’t recommend them enough.

Initial experience was good, Kayla was responsive before and during transport (for the most part) and I did receive some pictures but several times my requests for pictures were ignored. She seemed reluctant to post pictures from inside the car while driving. Puppy did get here when expected, though on arrival when I pulled out my phone to send payment, she stated that she thought I was paying more. I said I had the texts and everything in my hand to prove what our agreement was and she backed off but I was intimidated being there alone with just her and her boyfriend. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. In talking with the breeder after the fact, it seems Kayla tried to get money from her as well which was not part of the agreement at all. However, the worst part is that my puppy has severe anxiety any time she is in a car. I have brought this up with the vet and over the last month we have tried everything from medication to training and she is still terrified of cars but suspiciously the worst are two doors, like the one they were driving. She can somewhat tolerate large SUVs and trucks. I asked the breeder about this and she assured me that she never had these issues with her any of the numerous times she drove her to the vet. Our vet seems to believe the most likely explanation is that she was traumatized on the drive up when she was with Kayla. I have spent countless hours every day for the last month trying to get her over this and it has not improved at all. I now have a puppy who I can’t take anywhere and I need a sitter for any time I want to leave the house. I want to hope that someday she will get better but it doesn’t look hopefully. I have never in my entire life had a dog that doesn’t like car rides, much less one who shrieks and thrashes and tries to escape the entire time. I wish I knew what happened to her but Kayla has not offered an explanation. It’s breaks my heart that I don’t know how to help her and she’s so scared. I will probably never use a service like this again because of this experience.

They are such amazing people! They are very patient and kind and absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone. I had problems for days with my payment process and they stuck by me. Hello I’m very happy to say this experience with F & G Quality Express has been honestly great. I’ve used this service often and to have all around clock updates from booking, to picking up puppies from breeders, she also provided me photos of pick up, communicated with my boyfriend and I through out the whole days. If I called, it was a not a problem and provided extra information then we asked for. I was hoping to have my pup deliver Friday but she made it a day earlier which even made us more happier. Thanks for the great service you both provided us, very professional, thank you for taking the time and energy for getting a hotel for our pups for resting time/bath/ exercise in the room. We had two puppies transported from GA to WA. On the plus side - Price was pretty good in comparison with most other bids. They were timely with pick up and delivery and sent proof of life pics. They were flexible with the dropoff since the puppies were going to different homes. They also gave one of the people getting a puppy a collar when her's was too big.... On the other side - upon delivery it appeared to be overcrowded and have cleanliness issues. Both recipients said that their puppies smelled like poop, urine, and cigarette smoke. At the time was dropoff, there were around 4-5 other dogs and the receiver was told they'd been transporting 8-9 dogs which seems a bit much for a compact SUV. There was some good and some not so good. Overall, I don't believe they were really at risk, so the rating is split down the middle.
