Really nice people, great communication at first and the best deal by far! Took good care of our puppy on the trip with regular walks and photo updates sent to us. Unfortunately, the scheduled pick-up was pushed back a whole week last minute, due to other pickups and deliveries they added on the route. Thankfully the breeder was ok with this and didn’t charge extra for the last minute change. Also, a lot of the communication and updates were initiated by us with a delayed response many times. Again Abigail and Michael did offer the best deal and were very nice people. I would suggest they get more efficient with the pickups and drop offs and anticipate changes or delays and communicate that as early as possible in future.

This was my first time ever using citizenshipper and as you can imagine how nerve wreaking it can be to put your trust with such precious cargo in someone that you have never met or known before. But as soon as he pulled up at my house I knew I made a good decision. He was thoughtful, caring and understanding. He kept me with updates throughout the trip and send photos and videos of my precious baby. If I ever have to use citizenshipper again, it will be without a doubt in my mind Sanat. I can't stress enough how wonderful and reassuring he made me feel that my baby was in extremely wonderful hands. He even trained my baby how to walk on a leash without pulling. Our cat Zenith - and I - could not have had a better experience. Hailey, Dee and Noah drove Zenith from New York City to New Orleans on their laps!! Along the way, they sent me pictures of my contented kitty snoozing on them or happily looking out of the window. They bonded with him instantly and I did not experience one moment of anxiety. At the hotel, he slept curled around Hailey’s head. You could not ask for better. They are lovely people. Communication was great – they picked him up when they said they would and delivered him earlier than expected. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great shipper and on time! She communicated daily while on her trip cross country to bring our pup to Wisconsin. She shared pictures daily and let me know how our puppy was doing. It kept my mind at ease knowing Jax was enjoying the trip. He got to stretch his legs constantly throughout the trip and freedom to roam the whole backs seat!.
