I am very dissatisfied with this shipper. I booked him on 5/7 to pick up my new puppy the next morning and have him delivered by the evening of 5/8. First, he advised that he wouldn't be able to pick up in the morning as planned because a flight was canceled for 2 other dogs that he was supposed to be shipping. So he said he could pick up by noon. About 30 mins before noon he messaged me to let me know he wouldn't be able to pick up at all. I let him know in advance that my friend was leaving to go out of town at 2pm so I needed my puppy picked up before then. Now I am in a rush to fund another shipper within an hour. I noticed Burke A. has a high cancellation rate on his profile compared to other shippers. I would not recommend anyone book with him as he has poor communication skills and seems unorganized or occupied with other things.

This is a great lady, and true animal lover, I used her service first time to transport my new addition a 2 year old 3 lbs maltese from illnois to ohio . You never know how hard it is for one owner to sell to another new owner, and their where alot of delays at pick up, and I'm talking many hours of waiting, for the trip to begin and my wonderful driver i call miss M and her delightful co -pilot never complained ,waited patiently , putting her behind on her day , but understood and never gave up on us ,so great, they went over and beyond my hopes and dreams, to give my baby and other pets a safe ride. And after all those delays, there was one more delay, getting to my country home on gravel roads. we met her, late that night, to guide her in. And I must say her driving skills amazed me, she maintain a no bump speed because of her precious cargo of pets, I don't think one water bowl lost a drop of water as she manuvered thoses uneven roads. She is safe cargo all the way. I will always be her fan of driving skills and how she cares for the needs of our pets in tansport, this is the lady, that will get the job done. Thank you for all you did for us. She has great pricing but you will get so much more please tip her I sure did. Worth it. Also delays in transport happen, wheather it's a late pick up, traffic , longer potty break , eat, excrise for the pets, Just remember your pet is in good hands Thank You

Extremely disappointed. Too good to be true. She was fully in contact with me to set up dates to pick up the cat, everything seemed perfect as far as her planned route and even though I had to wait a week, it seemed like a good plan. Even after she encountered a delay, I was still ok with it being that she advised me of the delay. Then she completely ghosted me. No response through email, text, phone call or through this service itself. I took a chance on someone with no reviews and fully regret that decision. It’s very unprofessional and contradicts the entire profile she has posted. I did not deserve this treatment and who knows what kind of care my previous cat would’ve endured on his trip. Perhaps it happened for good reason. I’ve lost money on this arrangement and wont be using this service again.

I’ve already asked Brandon if he was interested in taking my motorcycle all the way to Florida in a few months. That’s how good the experience and professionalism were. He exceeded my expectations to warrant a 6th star: This was delivery of a motorcycle I purchased. The owner left the ignition on with the key and everything. Obviously the battery was dead the next day. Anyway Brandon broke down his enclosed trailer setup, removed some covering then soft straps. I went to start her up and it was dead. This man jumped my motorcycle for me. Not bad for a guy that has places to be at all times. I bet you he was still early for the next one. Because he was early today beating his initial delivery time projection by hours. It was a welcome surprise. I recommend Brandon for your next delivery need. Sean Kelly
