Our puppy was delivered safe and sound. He was handled with care, monitored for food and water intake and came a great distance. We wish only that we had done the tracker at an extra fee so we could feel more up to date on his trip. We would have enjoyed that I think, but that isn’t a reflection on the driver. If we shipped again we would choose to take advantage of that option. It is the best way to keep up to date on the trips progress. It is hard for a driver to keep up with multiple clients shipping at the same time with the progress. Whenever we did reach out we were answered and sent pictures which we appreciated. Overall, our puppy shipped was six months old and had been extremely under socialized and not handled. This shipper provided knowledgeable compassionate care and kept “Waldo” safe through a very long trip that I am positive presented a lot of situations that could have gone very wrong very quickly.

I scheduled a transport with Ireta Remsburg for pickup on May 6th. My dogs pickup was delayed due to truck issues but Ireta never called me to inform me of the issue. I found out the information when the person who currently has my dog called me. When I reached out to Ireta on May 14th, I didn't hear from her until I called her on the 15th. She apologized and voiced that my dog would then be picked up that following Monday or Tuesday. When I didn't hear from her, I called her on Wednesday 5/20 to find out that she was still delayed with my pick up because she was waiting for her East Coast Driver to complete two pick ups and come to the West Coast. I asked her when the pick up for my dog would be and she voiced Tuesday 5/26. On 5/23 she called and cancelled my transport. I am providing 3 stars because I know things happen unexpectedly but I would have liked more communication on her end on the delays and progress of when my dog would have been picked up.

Honest review: My experience with Luis was just great. He was very communicative and he’s very nice and friendly when talking to you. It took only 2 days for my baby to get to me and she arrived in perfect condition. If anything happens on the road he’ll let you know. I don’t know why people complained in other reviews. Honestly, as a dog owner you also have to understand that when you book a trip like this, is half and half. You gotta trust this guy with your dog, but he also has to be responsible and he’s JUST that. With that being said, it’s very hard to text all the time and send pics all the time. Specially when you’re driving. So understand that he might not be able to answer 1 sec later. But trust your pet is taken care of. I trusted him with my baby Roxy and she got home safe and happy. Amanda and Hezee were FAN-TASTIC! They were honest, straight forward and communicative from the beginning. Immediately responsive and kept in touch constantly throughout the trip with texts, photos, videos or FT. They gave my pup extra TLC by soothing him on rides before going into a crate (I think he was the spoiled one who always get shotgun), giving him a sock to chew on, and soothing at bed time. Daily updates on poop and other activities. They truly treated my pup like their own and are lovely and completely trustworthy. Look no further - they are the ones!! Overall, pricing was affordable and the payment was easy! No additional fees/money was requested after the payment was processed during my reservation. I originally set up to have my pup shipped along with other things from CA to NC for $800. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to have my pup sent, but I was able to get a $400 refund for the difference of my pup and the remainder of my things. I had to push the date and they were so accommodating. I did not receive pictures from the moment my things were picked up until it was dropped off. I assume it is because I did not have a pet on board with them, which is completely understandable! The entire time, I was in communication with Ms. Clay Hardy. When I met both Mr. Bill Hardy and Ms. Clay Hardy when they delivered, they were so kind, friendly, and altogether professional. When I originally paid, I was told delivery is estimated to be from 7-10 days, they picked up my things on 05/12/2020 and it was delivered on 05/22/2020 which took a total of 10 days. Their business was professional the entire time, no sense of fraud/scam was felt from the way they communicate. I would definitely recommend them again, especially since they were very accommodating to my needs! I’m actually planning on getting my vehicle shipped through them next!

Could not have been happier with Zachary, and his wife who accompanied him on the trip. They are lovely people and obviously care very much about pets. They frequently exercised our German Shepherd, and you could just tell that they thoroughly enjoy animals. I have no reservation recommending them based upon our experience. I might add that we are dog people and very particular about giving up our pet to anyone without complete confidence.
