Andrea did a fantastic job as an "air nanny", flying my two 10-week old basset hound pups from Michigan to Washington State. I'm so grateful they didn't have to fly cargo or make a 30 hour drive. A seven hour trip as carry-on in the cabin, and they were here! Scheduling was tricky during the quarantine with flights canceled, but that's not Andrea's fault. She found another option and made the flight on the originally scheduled day. She went above and beyond by picking the dogs up rather than meeting them at the airport, and she even gave them a bath before their flight! I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend her to others. It's a little nerve-wracking trusting someone you don't know, but she was friendly, professional, and did exactly what she promised. Thank you, Andrea!

Worst person ever! I have read good reviews and bad reviews about her but i still decided to give her a chance. have made a deal with them 3 weeks in advance! They were responding to my messages in the beginning and everything looked normal. I asked the shipper Jesse to contact the breeder so they can arrange the pickup time. Every time she says that she will contact the breeder she never does. Anyways i was being patient and i said we still have time and she must be busy. Guess what !? The day of The pickup is today 05/03/20 and her husband who is supposed to pick up the dog never showed up. I contacted Jesse several times without hearing anything back from her. She is just ashamed of herself that she has wasted 3 weeks of my time and did not even bother herself to cancel the deal if she knew she could not make it for some reason. My dog is now stranded and i am trying to find another shipper to take my dog today or tomorrow or ASAP! My review is not 1 star it is 0. I am reporting her and her husband and i have a proof of everything i said. They are a disgrace and should be banned from this website. Do not get fooled by their good reviews! They probably have fake reviews or they were good in the beginning and later they became useless and waste of time! Shame on both of you!

Luis is exceptional at what he does. Most people would not drive cross-country in normal circumstances, yet Luis transported dogs to families in the midst of a global pandemic. Not only did he bring Frank to me, but he did so from one of the most impacted states, to another of the most impacted states. Luis did so in what seemed very calm and focused. He sent photos of Frank and via GPS locator it was easy to see his progress. When Luis arrived with Frank he was very professional and customer-oriented. It was very evident Frank was happy and was very well cared for during such a long trip. There is no question we would highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for transport assistance. There are no words to thank him adequately for taking us on during such a scary time in our history.

Adam and his friend was very professional very polite and punctual he treated my toy poodle as if it was his own. He always kept me updated Throughout the day by sending pictures and texts. WOW! Angel was absolutely amazing to our little pup Quinta! She came all the way from the East Coast to West Coast! Super last minute, and even flew here with Quinta the day after we booked her without any hesitation at all! She's so amazing! She's so sweet with dogs and our pup was sooooo happy with her. Definitely recommend! My fur baby was very well taken care of and treated like a princess. I was so nervous about having her travel across the country with a stranger but the potty break updates and pictures along the way definitely eased my mind.
