We were so happy to find Kennedy and with the job he did bringing our 75 lb. male dog halfway across the country, from GA to CO, dodging hurricanes to get him to us safe, sound and happy. Kennedy showed great regard for our dogs comfort, stopping regularly for potty and water breaks and keeping the A/C on, even letting him stretch out in the back of the van to relax along the way. He kept in touch with us as well. Our dog arrived happy and relaxed and you could tell he had become fast friends with Kennedy and had been in good hands! I really think the trip out going so smoothly helped our dog transition better to our home. Kennedy provides careful, professional, compassionate service and I recommend him highly!

Andrea promises a VIP experience and that is what she delivers! She was very communicative and patient every time I called to check up on my Queen. She kept me in the loop with GPS tracking and sent lots of pictures during stops. The setup in her vehicle is safe and my old, large dog had plenty of space to relax. My daughter says our Queen was in great spirits and excited when she arrived home. I was skeptical because of the lack of reviews but I would book Andrea again tomorrow, even if I had to pay more to do so. Snowball and his partner were awesome, they transported our puppy from Lewisberg, PA to Los Angeles, CA. Throughout the entire trip Snowball sent us great photos of the puppy and provided us with GPS locations as well so we could follow the progress of the long trip. They also took great care of the puppy as well. I would highly recommend Snowball and would give him a Five Star rating.

Sandra did an excellent job, and she got my dog here in record time. She checked in with me a couple times during the trip. There was a glitch at the end, and I attribute that to Citizen Shipper. For some reason they had my address wrong, and Sandra ended up at the Police Station when she was trying to find our house. All ended well, but I highly suggest you verify your addresses before the driver departs.

Steve and Karen were the best we could have asked for! This was our first time using this site so we were a little skeptical, however after speaking to them all our nerves were settled. The morning of our pickup Karen had a flat tire, but she didn’t let that stop her from still delivering in the window they promised. Plenty of updates along the way and they even video called us when they got to the Breeder to ensure they were picking up the correct puppy. Service went above and beyond what we expected. Will absolutely use them again

Walker transport went way over and beyond helping me get a very large puppy from the north side of Houston to Sugar land. This was a special pup as he’s always been my dream dog and will most likely be the last dog I bring into my home as I’m an animal lover and have other dogs as well that are my babies. They went over and beyond to comfort him as he has an extreme fear of vehicles which no one knows exactly where that came from but he is terrified to get in any vehicle Making it very difficult to get him to the vet at this time as well. But they comfort kit him on the way here I was told they held him all the way to the house which was so kind now that I see his fear of vehicles which I was not aware of at the time. They are very professional very kind and very dependable and I would absolutely use again for any transport needs thank you so much to walk or transport for bringing my Fur baby to me

Matt was so amazing. He was able to accommodate our last minute schedule and get our dog Samson from New Jersey to Socal in less than 4 days. Matt could not have been more friendly and helpful when I was so nervous to send Samson on such a long journey. He shared his location with me the whole way and sent continuous updates, pictures and videos. He went above and beyond by cleaning out Samson’s ears and tending to a wound on his tail that had been caused before the journey. Samson was so sad to say goodbye to Matt once he got to California, he spent the next hour looking out the window waiting for him to come back. TCE Xpress was FANTASTIC!! We recently adopted a 4yr old dog (4 months ago) that had not been socialized and shows behavior issues toward other dogs. In less than 4 hours of pick-up, Paul had my dog off-lead hanging out calmly with his dog!!! About two days later our girl was off-lead PLAYING with a group of dogs, having a blast!!! I had never used a transport service and did not know what to expect. There was an initial change a day or so before pick-up in the person from TCE that would get our girl, but it was a blessing. Our girl loved her trip, and I HIGHLY recommend TCE Xpress!!! Paul is a miracle-worker of animals and his co-pilot was great as well! I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than TCE Xpress. I’d hire them again without hesitation!

If there can be a good experience sending my kitties off across the country with a stranger for four days, then this was it! Monica (and her co-pilot :) were nothing short of amazing. My two kitties are ten years old and having been feral as kittens have never taken well to be held. I knew I couldn't get them into a cat carrier, let alone even entertain the thought of driving with them in a car for 3,000 miles. Thank God I found this site and found Monica. She is honest, a great communicator and truly an animal-lover. My kitties were not easy, being so frightful and having daily digestive accidents. I was probably as stressed as the cats but Monica took it all in stride with humor, and texted and sent pictures each day reassuring me. She is strong, but calm, and that is the kind of person I needed to be in charge of my most precious beings. I do not know how she does what she does - it was a superhuman feat being in a car with my cats for those days! The kitties were delivered to me on schedule and they were perfectly healthy and fine. They obviously handled it all much better than I did, LOL. If I ever have to move the girly kitties again, I'm calling Monica. Without hesitation. BTW, her quote was the best of all that I received, but it was her demeanor and professionalism that sold me. Truly a pet delivery Dream Team! You guys are the best!!!

She picked up our little girl Poco, a 9 week old Spinone Italiano puppy from Idaho, and delivered her safe, sound, healthy, and very happy to us in Lakewood OH. It was a 4+ day trip but certainly had no untoward effect on our pup.
