This is going to be a bit lengthy but it has to be to explain how great Matt was to our little puppy. I am on travel and did not expect to purchase a new puppy for the trip but it happen. I did not know how I was going to transport her while i was working here. The trip was Arizona to Maryland and I never have done this before with pets. This was my first time using this type of service, so I was a bit nervous about letting a stranger transport our frenchie puppy. I would give Matt a hundred stars if it would let me......yes, he is that good!! When I was looking for a transport service, I really didn't know exactly how to choose someone for our puppy. First thing that caught my eye was that Matt has a 5 star rating, so I decided to read his bio. The second thing was that he is prior military, so I am always out to help my fellow brothers in arms. I then started reading all the reviews, which were nothing but great awesome compliments of his transport abilities as well as care of the family members he transported. So, with that said was the way I decided on Matt. Matt also had reasonable pricing for the transport as well compared to others on here that try to break the bank on transport. I will give you an example that I found these other people wanted over 2000 to transport your baby. This to me shows that those people are more money hungry and will have less care for your family members. They also had 1 star reviews in their total count, which to me is that is ridiculous if you are charging that much to have single stars in your reviews. So I locked down on Matt and hoped the reviews were all true. Matt is very knowledgeable and he was on time, which gives you extra points for those traits. He had the entire front seat area set up for our tiny little pup and also knew that her breed can be heat sensitive so prepared for that as well. Matt also stopped and bought toys as well as treats when I already had all that stuff to make her even more comfortable. He also kept us informed on the entire trip and I thought was awesome as well. Matt let us know when he stopped for gas, fed her, water her, stopped for the night, when she was sleeping, and what she was doing. He also sent pictures and videos during his stops to show us how she was doing too. We also had GPS location on his drive and Matt would also let us know a timeline of when he was getting to our home. Matt really eased my nervousness about this whole transporting because it was our first time. If we ever had to use a service again, we would only utilize him for any future transports!! So if you want someone that will take care of your family member and treat them like you would then Matt is your guy!! You want someone knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of the way, well that is Matt again!! This guy is legit and makes great time as well! Great guy to transport your babies anywhere.

Kara was amazing! I honestly cannot say enough great things about her. I had some anxiety about my cat traveling long distance for the first time without me, and Kara eased my worries with constant updates and photos. She communicated with us throughout the entire trip with where they were and how they were doing. She obviously has a deep love for animals and treated our pets like her own. Wow!! Talk about amazing!! David and his team came through wonderfully!! Very professional from the start! My son had them come pick up a puppy from me for them to transfer from PA to CO!! I started with investigating them as hard as possible, David dealt with me so professionally and never gave me back the attitude I kind of gave him! Than I began to cry hysterically as I said my goodbyes and prayed to God my little girl would be safe in his hands... David showed professionalism and compassion. MIchael signed on to drive a puppy from the breeder's location in Oregon, all the way down to Los Angeles. I couldn't have made a better decision because not only was the pup delivered ot us happy, safe and healthy; but Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date throughout the whole trip, and was friendly and professional through and through. I also want to note that MIchael did all of this driving through the Oregon and California wildfires, as if it was not a big deal. I really can't say enough how happy we are with the experience and I would highly recommend him.

Jeff delivered Basti from Illinois to Massachusetts (1000 miles!) in a day and a half, texting us helpful photos and updates along the road. Very difficult to work with. Our breeder asked the transporters to schedule a specific time for pick up and they were unable to work with my breeder. Further. I had scheduled this two weeks prior to pick up with instructions to finalize with the breeder and had to cancel the day before the date we can pick up. Not a great experience overall.

We were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect because we had never done this before - we needed to fly our brand new puppy from PA to CA. As promised the day before travel Tony created a group text, introduced himself to us and provided all of the information we needed for the day of travel. They are awesome! The Place family was absolutely incredible! They communicated very well with texts, calls and pictures. They drove our dog from Ca to NC and did a great job!!!
