Sarah and her partner, Jai, are absolutely amazing!!! They are without a doubt fantastic in this business of transporting pets as they clearly demonstrated their love of animals and understanding of owners' needs, too. We could not have asked for more thoughtful, caring, and sweet people to take care of our new puppy on the long drive and connect him quickly and efficiently with our two young boys. They communicated regularly, sending updates and photos along the way. They exceeded our expectations! Patty and her husband delivered our happy and healthy Australian Shepherd early this morning! You could tell that our dog loved spending time with them based on the picture updates we got throughout the journey. Although they had some car trouble part way through, Patty kept us up to date and provided GPS tracking the whole way which was a really nice feature.

Absolute 5-star service. LisaDawn is wonderful, and we highly recommend her. To date we've hired out to transport furkids three times ... how we wish we had found LisaDawn that first time! She has all our business from now on. LisaDawn provided an app we used to keep track of where she was in the hallway-across-the-country drive, and also texted frequent updates that were quite appreciated. Shawn is a serious lifesaver. As if moving isn't stressful enough, trying to figure out how to move your fur babies during COVID is even worse. Shawn was professional, communicative, and courteous throughout the entire process. You can tell by his demeanor he really loves pets and cares about them, which was very important to me because I was moving three of them at once. Bill was outstanding!!! This was our first time using CitizenShipper and somewhat nervous. We researched many drivers before we decided on Bill. We decided on Bill because he efficiently responded to ALL of our questions to ensure we were comfortable with our choice and seemed to love animals....he just seemed to be a nice guy! He contacted us immediately after we accepted his bid. This made us feel much more confident in our decision. He kept us well informed during the entire trip (pickup to ensure it was the correct puppy; sent pictures along the way; let us know where he was staying; updates on arrival times; etc). He delivered our puppy (Akita) safe and healthy and our puppy was not stressed at all. He gave our puppy lots of love and attention along the way. I had never used a service like this but I just had a good feeling about Lisa and Scott. Turns out I was right. My mom's cats were being transported from Florida to Minnesota. Lisa and Scott met the neighbors right on time. The neighbors said they were very professional and extremely nice. The cats arrived in perfect condition and quite healthy. If my cats traveled like that, they would never leave the van. Lisa and Scott are such wonderful people!! I am hopeful to be friends with them going forward. I highly recommend them.

Ok- I will say because Mike is doing a lot of driving I didn't get as many updates as I was expecting but he did text once a day to check in. He did get my precious Maine Coon from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean safely and she was happy when she arrived. She probably spent the drive pouting in her kitty litter but she always does that in a caged environment even though she has room to sleep elsewhere. He was very nice to talk to and addressed my concerns. I can't thank him enough for helping us during the pandemic move our cat C.C. WARNING! Do NOT book with them (Donnie). Horrible experience!! Don’t fall for the reviews! We sent our two cats with what we thought would be Donnie, he guaranteed me that he would get them from Florida to Nevada in three days. First issue, Donnie never should up to our house but someone that claimed to be his son and took the cats saying he’d take them to Donnie overnight. Next morning I got no info on if the cats made it to him. After I had to call 5 times he finally responded, that his son was sitting with them in the backseat and that they’d tried to text me pictures but they never got go thru. Next issue, instead of 3 days come 4 and a half and the cats still didn’t get there. He claimed he had a flat and slept in the car with the cats. I never received any pictures. I always had to call or text. When our cats finally got to Reno the arrived in the back of a van in a tiny kennel cramped with 4!!!!! Dogs (they had never even seen dogs) they were thirsty and hungry. We are going to try to sue Donnie for misconduct and animal mistreatment. We are really upset and I cannot stress enough.

I was completely and pleasantly satisfied with Simon's transfer of my puppy from Arkansas to Illinois. He brought his daughter with so my puppy would have company. I had the best experience with SVI Courier Service. They took care of my worries by sending me updates and pictures of my 11 week old puppy. Claude is the ultimate dog whisperer. He took my two pups into his luxurious fleece-blanketed Lexus and drove them across the country from CA to NJ, stopping along the way for meals, potty breaks, walks and sleep. He bonded instantly with my pups, which is amazing because they can be picky with their food and company. Claude gave me plenty of location and photo updates as the trio travelled across the country - I was getting slightly jealous of all the fun they were having! When Claude delivered my pups to me in NJ, one of them turned around and hopped back into Claude's car. I think he wanted to continue their road trip! I would recommend this company to anyone. Due to covid and us being a military family overseas we had to PCS back tonthe states and leave our dog in the UK. I was working with several companies to get our dog to us safely and I can say Two Tails Travel was the ONLY agency that I had 0 stress over. We had some hiccups with customs (since it was an international flight) and one agency didnt send all the proper paperwork over...LONG STORY SHORT....Brad and his assistant stuck by through all the crazy and helped get my dog from JFK to Missouri. I could not have picked a better person to travel with, and take care of, my puppy! They traveled together for multiple days and the care was so personal and kind! I was nervous about sending my baby dog all alone and such a far distance. She is a home body and was still very young, but Roland took better care of her than I ever would have expected! He genuinely cared about her well being and made sure she was comfortable and happy the entire way. He sent me constant updates and made sure the experience was great for everyone involved! After traveling with Roland I don't think I could ever leave her with anyone else! He even wants to keep in touch to watch her grow! I could not possibly give a higher recommendation!

Angel Santamour, required me to pay her a $350 fee in full, weeks in advance of our 9/7/2020 transport date, to secure that date (a 1:00-2:00pm pickup timeframe), mutually agreed upon by the breeder, Angel and myself. The morning she was supposed to leave for our pick up, despite having listed on this site several different vehicles she uses for such transports, she cancelled and tried to postpone a day due to a dead car battery. This subsequently resulted in me having to make an unscheduled 10 hour round trip to pick up our puppy. When I initially paid her for the service, I did so through PayPal “goods and services”, and she refunded my dollars, directing me to pay her specifically via PayPal “family and friends“ to “save her a $20 fee”, and I did so. Weeks later, on the day of Angel’s failure to follow through on our paid-in-full agreement, I requested she refund my $350. She gave me several excuses why she could not do so via PayPal. I offered her to pay via check or cashiers check, both of which she refused. She directed me to file a claim with PayPal (knowing that it would not necessarily mean she’d have to give the money back as it was a “friends and family” transaction). She told me she would not refund the entire amount for any reason because she charges a $100 booking fee that is non-refundable (this is a lie, and was not written nor agreed to anywhere). She did offer that I could try to get my money back via small claims court. On the final day (day 20) of the waiting period for the fraud claim against Angel with PayPal, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I was, despite Angel’s best efforts of dishonesty, refunded the $350.

Horrible experience, should be zero stars! DO NOT contract with Merriann L. or her sister Ashley Case. I connected with Merriann L.and accept her bid to transport a dog from Ohio to Wisconsin. She pawned the job off to her sister Ashley and her husband. They required a $50 deposit before they would send contract to me. Paid, signed contract and made arrangements with Ashley and dog owner for transport. Ashley told me her and husband would be driving the dog in their car and it would be the only cargo for the trip. Pickup went smooth and 4+ hours into the 5.5 hour trip I get a text from Ashley claiming the van (that's right I said van) had mechanical trouble and asked me for the rest of the transport fee. This felt like a total scam at this point so I was very hesitant. Got Ashley on the phone who said the van, which belongs to two new trainees who also came along, was broken down and without money she will need to return the dog to the owner. I question why 4 adults and business owners head out to make a delivery and nobody has a credit card or the $40 she said the parts cost? At this point I felt very pressured to send the $40 because the cargo was a living, breathing animal and was already stuck with this crew of hacks for way too long. After hours of texting and calling Ashley we finally got word that the van was completely dead and someone was coming to pick them up. She was going to drop the dog off with the owner again, and head out first thing next morning in her car. Next morning Ashley never showed up to transport the dog. Neither Ashley or Merriann L.(who I hired) will make any attempt to make things right by refunding my $90. They are in strict violation of their own contract stating full refund if they fail to complete delivery. I ended up making the 12 hour round trip myself the next day to pickup my new dog. I feel Citizenshipper is as much to blame for this mess, and they don't want to make it right either.

I had a very last minute emergency i contacted citizenshipper and was connected to Dwight who arrived within the hour for pick up and transport. Very good on updates and sending videos of my fubaby during transport. Dwight was very polite, personable and gave her a lot of attention while in his care.
