Sarah and Jai were extremely professional and they updated us throughout the entire 26 hour drive. They were also very flexible with our schedule (we changed the date a few times) and were willing to work with us. They replied to my messages right away as well. I would definitely ask them to help out again. My family and I were so happy with the experience, we felt like our puppy was in safe, caring hands which is the most important thing. This was my first time using Citizenshipper and I was pretty skeptical. But I was really impressed with MD Pet Transport and the way they treated my little baby Buck. MD Pet Transport gave me a competitive bid and I asked a lot of questions to which Mike the owner gave quick and detailed replies too. I was nervous about the trip for my Buck, but Mike put me at ease with all of his detailed knowledge about transporting pets. MD Pet Transport was in constant communication the entire trip with detailed videos, pictures and text updates every 3 hours or so. Oh and I also was able to track my baby via GPS, which was really nice! The entire trip took less than anticipated and Buck was delivered happy, healthy, clean and in good spirits. Thank you MD Pet Transport! I will definitely use them for all of my future trips and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their dog transported, you will not be disappointed…

We first chose Aaron because he offered to fly our Italian Greyhound puppy for a similar price or less than most others were bidding to drive him. This meant getting him to us the same day from Atlanta to San Francisco, not in 3-5 days by car! His bid almost seemed too good to be true, but I assure you, Aaron was top-notch in every way. For starters, his communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s essential to choose someone clear in explaining what is happening and when. I never felt like I didn’t know what to expect. We even got photos at the airport after pickup, and a few texts while he was in-flight. Aaron flew our little Luca on a commercial flight. Because he’s a pilot himself, he was very knowledgeable about all the details, and even knew the SFO airport well enough to arrange the meeting place days before the flight. Beyond all that though, Aaron is someone who genuinely loves dogs. If you’re going to trust your beloved animal to someone, it must be someone that will treat them like their own pet. This was especially true in our case because Aaron had an IG himself. He spent extra time with us at the airport, reminiscing about his late dog and shared lots of good advice for this breed. Even the breeder had nice things to say about Aaron. I never doubted for a moment that Luca was in the best hands, plus he delivered affordably and efficiently. Thanks, Aaron, for bringing our Luca to us!

These guys are amazing! My week was horrible and they honestly saved my wedding at such last minute! My sons (my pups) were apart of the wedding and we were denied at the airport to fly with them because we were also moving back to the east coast from Las Vegas. I didn’t want to give up my boys and these guys saved the day at such a last minute call and drove my boys across the US just in time for the wedding. Thank you guys so much for your help honestly I would of been miserable as hell right now if I had missed my wedding or had to give up my boys. You guys are freaking awesome! Book with them I promise you they don’t disappoint. They keep you updated along the way. They care for your fur babies as if they’re their own. I’m not going to lie I was scared at first because I’m a first time dog mom and these boys are my everything! But they’re legit ESPECIALLY with hard to handle pups. My Doberman/pitbull is a handful and no dog sitter would ever want to watch him because he has trust issues and will lash out but they were able to get him comfortable enough to bring him all the way to me. Although I am disappointed with CitizenShipper as a company, I would like to say that the carrier CJackdrives transport exceeds the mark of professionalism and saves the unethical practices of CitizenShipper. I booked with another carrier through Citizenshipper by the name of Stephanie S. three weeks in advance. I also paid and confirmed my shipment. On the evening before my shipment, she canceled. Being military, as well as currently facing deployment and PCS, I depended on this carrier as my family flights were booked around these transport arrangements. With this short of a notice and life depending on this transport, I tried to call CitizenShipper to discuss, but there is no customer service phone number. I had no other option, but to try my luck at submitting another request through CitizenShipper which meant I took a chance of losing more money. I thank God for CJackdrives Transport being the saving grace for such an insensitive company. Within hours before my flight, this company agreed to transport my dog at a very reasonable price, with lightening speed service. Days later, CitizenShipper contacted me through email with no authentic apology and no remedy for my situation. I felt that the least they could have done, was allowed me to post an honest review of the carrier that canceled my shipment; I definitely wrote and submitted one. CitizensShippers explained that they would not allow my review because the carrier called me and canceled. Even if it was hours before my shipment, it doesn’t matter. I find it very disturbing that CitizensShipper supports this type of practice. I do believe that CJackdrives business values and moral standards far exceed the business operations of CitizensShippers. My honest opinion to Cjackdrives would be to caution yourselves when doing business with a company that misleads customers. You’re a great, upcoming company, that will do well as long as you put the hearts of your customers first. Thank you...you truly were a godsend in the midst of a horrible storm.

Overall experience was not good. Communication was though out the trip was terrible. We waited all day on the day of pick up and he finally arrived at 8:15 PM with a dog in tow that was already suppose to be dropped off. Showed absolutely no interest in our Bengal and made no effort to pet or be friendly. I showed him how to harness up Meeko and told him that he would need to stretch his legs and walk around. Kevin asked if we wanted pictures and text updates and he was told yes...we did not receive one. At 7:30 PM the following night, after no contact all day, I texted him and asked him if everything was alright. He responded with "yes". Each prompt was answered with a one word reply. I asked if Meeko was eating and drinking. The answer was no. Meeko arrived 10:15 PM...50 hours after he left our home and it was a 21 hour trip. That is a lot of unexplained time and where was my pet during this nondriving time since there were no hotel stays? Here's what I know...Meeko was never walked or removed from his crate. The following morning after Meeko arrived at my daughter's, Meeko was in major distress which resulted in a three day Emergency Vet stay. He was tramatized, dehydrated, constipated and a full had urinary blockage. I am left with a $3000 vet bill and a great deal of guilt that Meeko was just cargo and treated as such.

MD Pet Transport was fantastic! The price was great and the trip was so quick! They took great care of our little family member muffin. They kept in constant contact with us from the beginning of the trip to the end. We could track our muffin via GPS which was nice and we got pictures and videos about every 3 hours during the trip. I like the fact that we were able to pay after our muffin was safely and quickly delivered. Also MD Pet Transport doesn’t stack their dogs three high and wide like some of the other transport companies, they only take three pets at a time so muffin got lots of personal attention.
