This was my first time using Citizenshipper and I was pretty skeptical. But I was really impressed with MD Pet Transport and the way they treated my little baby Buck. MD Pet Transport gave me a competitive bid and I asked a lot of questions to which Mike the owner gave quick and detailed replies too. I was nervous about the trip for my Buck, but Mike put me at ease with all of his detailed knowledge about transporting pets. MD Pet Transport was in constant communication the entire trip with detailed videos, pictures and text updates every 3 hours or so. Oh and I also was able to track my baby via GPS, which was really nice! The entire trip took less than anticipated and Buck was delivered happy, healthy, clean and in good spirits. Thank you MD Pet Transport! I will definitely use them for all of my future trips and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their dog transported, you will not be disappointed…

Won by Aaron H. for $750.00
Shipment from Vienna, GA to Oakland, CA
We first chose Aaron because he offered to fly our Italian Greyhound puppy for a similar price or less than most others were bidding to drive him. This meant getting him to us the same day from Atlanta to San Francisco, not in 3-5 days by car! His bid almost seemed too good to be true, but I assure you, Aaron was top-notch in every way.
For starters, his communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s essential to choose someone clear in explaining what is happening and when. I never felt like I didn’t know what to expect. We even got photos at the airport after pickup, and a few texts while he was in-flight.
Aaron flew our little Luca on a commercial flight. Because he’s a pilot himself, he was very knowledgeable about all the details, and even knew the SFO airport well enough to arrange the meeting place days before the flight.
Beyond all that though, Aaron is someone who genuinely loves dogs. If you’re going to trust your beloved animal to someone, it must be someone that will treat them like their own pet. This was especially true in our case because Aaron had an IG himself. He spent extra time with us at the airport, reminiscing about his late dog and shared lots of good advice for this breed. Even the breeder had nice things to say about Aaron.
I never doubted for a moment that Luca was in the best hands, plus he delivered affordably and efficiently. Thanks, Aaron, for bringing our Luca to us!

They worked with us when it came to pricing and truly care about the customer and pet first. It was very clear they love what they do and if I ever need an animal shipped again, I’m calling Stacy!
I am so glad I got Susan because clearly I didn't know what I was doing and although I was buying from a reputable breeder I still had my doubts because I have prior been to many fraudulent sites and because Susan is also a breeder she knew what to check for to see if my breeder was legit (and that wasn't in her contract..lol) and that put me at ease. I know I was probably super annoying because I messaged her often, changed dates, etc. but my baby came and I love him so much!

This was my first time doing transport with puppies and I really didn't know where to start. There were details that kept getting changed on my end and he worked with me through every one. He picked up at exactly the time he estimated and delivered the same way.
My pups were happy and stress free at the end of their 900+ mile journey and that's all due to his care and management.
The pricing was fair and the service exceeded all expectations! If you're looking to transport a pet, look no further, Woody is the perfect person for the job!
I really can't recommend Happy Bones enough, I'm grateful for the care and service provided and will gladly talk with anyone that needs reference.
Woody, thank you again for all your help with getting my pups to their new homes. They bounced out of the car the way they went in and hit the ground running! That's all because of you and I'm grateful.
I can't say enough how amazing Christian and Jenn are! They are super responsive, send frequent updates and tons of photos during transport. During the 20+ hour trip from KS to MA, they stopped frequently to let the pups out and were nice enough to update me every time. They took all of the stress out of the whole process of transporting a young pup. You can tell how much they love what they do. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you both!

Won by Cjackdrives transport for $825.00
Shipment from Ocean Springs, MS to San Diego, CA
Although I am disappointed with CitizenShipper as a company, I would like to say that the carrier CJackdrives transport exceeds the mark of professionalism and saves the unethical practices of CitizenShipper. I booked with another carrier through Citizenshipper by the name of Stephanie S. three weeks in advance. I also paid and confirmed my shipment. On the evening before my shipment, she canceled. Being military, as well as currently facing deployment and PCS, I depended on this carrier as my family flights were booked around these transport arrangements. With this short of a notice and life depending on this transport, I tried to call CitizenShipper to discuss, but there is no customer service phone number. I had no other option, but to try my luck at submitting another request through CitizenShipper which meant I took a chance of losing more money. I thank God for CJackdrives Transport being the saving grace for such an insensitive company. Within hours before my flight, this company agreed to transport my dog at a very reasonable price, with lightening speed service. Days later, CitizenShipper contacted me through email with no authentic apology and no remedy for my situation. I felt that the least they could have done, was allowed me to post an honest review of the carrier that canceled my shipment; I definitely wrote and submitted one. CitizensShippers explained that they would not allow my review because the carrier called me and canceled. Even if it was hours before my shipment, it doesn’t matter. I find it very disturbing that CitizensShipper supports this type of practice. I do believe that CJackdrives business values and moral standards far exceed the business operations of CitizensShippers. My honest opinion to Cjackdrives would be to caution yourselves when doing business with a company that misleads customers. You’re a great, upcoming company, that will do well as long as you put the hearts of your customers first. Thank you...you truly were a godsend in the midst of a horrible storm.

Overall experience was not good. Communication was though out the trip was terrible. We waited all day on the day of pick up and he finally arrived at 8:15 PM with a dog in tow that was already suppose to be dropped off. Showed absolutely no interest in our Bengal and made no effort to pet or be friendly. I showed him how to harness up Meeko and told him that he would need to stretch his legs and walk around. Kevin asked if we wanted pictures and text updates and he was told yes...we did not receive one. At 7:30 PM the following night, after no contact all day, I texted him and asked him if everything was alright. He responded with "yes". Each prompt was answered with a one word reply. I asked if Meeko was eating and drinking. The answer was no. Meeko arrived 10:15 PM...50 hours after he left our home and it was a 21 hour trip. That is a lot of unexplained time and where was my pet during this nondriving time since there were no hotel stays? Here's what I know...Meeko was never walked or removed from his crate. The following morning after Meeko arrived at my daughter's, Meeko was in major distress which resulted in a three day Emergency Vet stay. He was tramatized, dehydrated, constipated and a full had urinary blockage. I am left with a $3000 vet bill and a great deal of guilt that Meeko was just cargo and treated as such.

Scott and Lisa are the best!! Hire them immediately, you will not be disappointed!! I cannot fully express the gratitude and appreciation for what they did, they treated my two cats, Bubba and Mimi, like they were their own. They gave them so much love and catered to their every need! They even drove through Hurricane Sally to get them to their final destination safely! They are very caring people, when they said they would go above and beyond it was true, I could tell they were sincere! They truly did take the best care of them! They made the relocation process a breeze and I have one less worry now! I feel blessed to have met them and fully trusted them with my precious cargo, truly wonderful people!!

We cannot say enough about what a great experience it was using Trisha to transport our little puppy. She is friendly, kind and responsible. She sends texts and pictures so you are with your puppy every step of the way. She cuddled our baby on the plane to keep her calm and happy. We cannot recommend her enough!!
