Melissa and her husband were phenomenal in the transport of our new pug puppy. I had never used a pet transport service before, so I was nervous, but she put me right at ease and kept in contact with me, as well as the breeder the entire time. I received texts and photos of our little girl during her journey from Alabama to Michigan, and she even arrived earlier than expected! I could not have asked for a better first time experience with pet transport! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The anticipation of having a new pet transported is that if having a new baby. Lynn and Terry were very concerned with the health of the dog I had rescued site unseen on my part. Their overall compassion and care that they showed in the few text messages and pictures that they sent made up for the delay in transporting my new dog to me. Personally I felt that the communication could have been a little better. There was no estimated time of delivery given prior to pickup and I should have been asking a few more questions. All transportion situations are not the same... So depending on what you are looking for they may or may not work for you. I'm satisfied that they ensured a safe trip by resting every night in a pet friendly hotel that allowed for my dog and the other dogs they were traveling with to get out of the kennels and stretch and relax. I was.on pins and needles the whole 4 days of transport. More communication would have put me at ease. Thank you for bringing me Annie and I hope you get many more opportunities to bring joy to other families and their four legged members

Must share!!! Cheryl is so dependable and kind. I was pretty nervous with it being my first time using a pet transport service. I was helping a friend during the recent hurricane with transport to a foster home but foster home was 7 hours away from the vet my friend had to leave her puppy with. Cheryl was very professional and we could tell the dog really liked her by the way he acted with her at drop off. He was in great spirits and we were in frequent contact with Cheryl during the journey. She shared her location and route and checked in when she was on breaks. We truly were happy and impressed and will definitely call Cheryl when we need another pet transported. Also. She has the pet inside with heat and air for comfort. I couldn’t asked for a better experience and will recommend her to anyone who needs a pet transported. ???

I was so incredibly nervous about sending my cats across country. I looked into probably twenty options for getting them to their destination and all the choices were either insanely expensive, were going the wrong direction first, or required that I board a plane with two cats in a single small carrier during covid. I'm so grateful I found Stacey and Shawn. They understood that my kids and I were very upset about needing to send the cats ahead of our planned move and helped to reassure us that our pets would be well taken care of (with magic tricks for the kids to distract them!). They had vehicle trouble on the way out, but stayed in contact with me and made sure that I had photos and videos of the cats the whole way. I purchased a puppy sight unseen from a breeder in Georgia. I had only a couple of days to pick her up from time of purchase. I did some research and somehow after speaking to a few transporters was lucky enough to come across SVI. From the very first time I contacted Stacy she was extremely accommodating and nice. They went the extra mile to work with me and my budget. They kept me abreast of everything that was happening even before picking up my pet. There were a couple setbacks because of weather but this was something that couldn’t be avoided and I felt their concern for their pets that they were transporting. I thought it was more important for my pet to arrive safe then on time. If I ever need to transport my pet again I would use them in a second. And believe me I trusted them the whole time. They sent me updates via pictures and even a video of my boy to ease my worries. She answered every question that I had without judgment or making me feel like i was being a bother. My dog got here earlier than I thought he would, and he was well taken care of. They clearly care about every individual and listen to needs of each pet and owner to make them feel like part of the family. Great experience. I have been away from my Dog for 9 months and was seeking for someone who could really understand my situation. J&K both understood my situation extremely well. Great is always to takes that extramile to help you out this group really took that step. They went to the airport, stayed their for hours to clear the custom formalities, got my dog and then travelled all the way from LA to TX. Constant updates and pics were just adding on top of it.
