Absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about her. She has a true passion for what she does. An example of how far she went to ensure our puppy was happy on her journey. Apparently our little angel was not enjoying the crate, Shelley reached back out to the Seller and asked if she liked any chew toys or treats so she could pick some up for her. She took pictures along the way and was just terrific overall. I will use her again any time and will suggest her only moving forward.

Willamette was a nice and very communicative at first keeping updated on Kanes condition sending me screenshots of her location etc. Until an unnecessary misunderstanding occurred. The original bid she placed for was from San Antonio, Texas to Cheboygan, MI. And I booked her EXACTLY for that destination. During our conversation I did mention that my friend living in Cheboygan, MI was willing to meet up with her half way and if that was ok with her. That was BEFORE she received my friends number I only told her what my FRIEND TOLD ME TO SAY to her before Willamette receiving her number. After her arrival in picking up my dog I Willamette asked for my friends number and I gave it to her. After she left she NEVER confirmed with my friend about proceeding to the meet up location. So my friend told me that she kept wanting to meet up halfway, but my friend wasn’t able to anymore. Things happen yaknow? Again SHE should’ve CONFIRMED with her before assuming that she still wanted to meet up. So she texted me with a whole disrespectful rude ass attitude saying that I “didn’t keep your word” on the meet up location. There was never any “word” to be kept I only told what her what my friend told me to tell her at the time before getting her number, I told her don’t shoot the messenger. She also said “This was your responsibility not mine to arrange” like girl nobody said it was? Plus you already picked up my dog from my location what you do on your journey to MI is out of my control the “arrangement” was set to CHEBOYGAN. Why ask me to give you her number if you’re not going to bother to properly communicate with her? Whether my friend decided to meet up with her or not was her choice and wasn’t a “promise” or a “word” to be kept. Willamette was still to continue to the destination she BID for REGARDLESS... She drives around everywhere in the U.S anyways so I didn’t understand wtf was there to be mad about? Anyways .... She basically got upset with me that she had to continue driving the ORIGINAL ROUTE THAT SHE BID FOR?! In her exact words “You know what ‘that’ is the exact reason I will not give another person a break! I trusted your words and when push comes to shove you want to hold to the destination. My bad. I will take to Cheboygan but you know exactly our conversation. What comes around goes around. I’ll eat the loss.” Not only that she her the nerve to tell my friend that I gave her a “sob story” which is not true at all, I told her I only had a certain exact amount and she adjusted to me accordingly that was it, which I was very grateful for. But out of her kindness (at the time) was HER choice to do so which was later on very unprofessional and very unfortunate for her to just to throw it back in my face behind my back smh. All in all she could’ve just said something like “She can no longer meet up? That’s no problem I’ll be at the original destination in a couple hours” That’s it SIMPLE. There was no reason to get upset and potentially take it out on the next customer that could be in the same situation like I had. If someone ever did me wrong I’m not going to do the next person wrong I feel as if that kind of logic is toxic and unproductive. Kindness goes a long way, in a world of hate be kind. Don’t continue to spread negativity. I appreciate what Willamette did for me however I don’t tolerate disrespect especially when it was unwarranted. I wish her nothing but the best and safe travels on her journeys.

I was so worried about having my new puppy transported from Cleveland, TX to Hartford, CT, I received loads of quotes, and talked to those people. They were all nice and professional. But as soon as I talked to Judith (Judith Wentworth), I knew she was the one. She was warm and congenial. If my new baby was going to fly 2,000+ miles, then Judith was the one she was going with! It was a long flight, with a layover in Denver. She coordinated with the breeder and myself to set up pick up and drop off times and places. Christian and Jenn were fabulous! They picked up my Golden Retriever, Coco, from a dear friend in Chicago and drove her to me in Novato, CA. The trip took four days, as planned. I received photos and travel updates regularly and couldn't have asked for better communication! Coco sat in the back seat of their car on her bed and was a happy camper to be with her new friends in the car, on their breaks, and at night in their hotel room. They are lovely people who obviously adore animals. They said they really enjoyed their time with Coco and she seemed to have a great time with them. I had spoken to quite a few transport services before choosing Christian's Pup Hound Transport. My schedule changed and they were able to accommodate the new dates. They did a fabulous job! There are not enough words to express How thankful we are to Furrr baby’s transporters. Cheyenne kept us updated with photos and text on how fish was doing. Fish is not an easy dog to get along with but she was able to take care of him and he warmed up to her along the trip. Shawn was fantastic. We hired him to move our kitties from California to Kentucky. Not only did he send pictures, keep us updated, and make our fur babies as comfortable as possible on the trip, he was 2 days earlier than anticipated. Mark had some issues (Not with our dog) along the way but always kept us informed, with a map of his route, videos, pictures, text to and from us, and calls. He kept our boy comfortable for the entire trip with stops to feed, exercise, and of course potty time. Mark always gave us the feeling he was taking care of our dog as if it was his own. Howard is beyond terrific! He was responded right away and was clear with everything. He is new to Citizenshipper but that does not at all discredit his work. You can tell he has been doing pet transport for some time now! He is very caring. He provided pictures. He let me know where he was and when was getting close to the delivery site. Even through bad rain storm, he was able to deliver the dog right on time and safely! That was the most impressive. I will most definitely use him again for future transport, if needed!

A big thanks to MD Pet Transport and Mike the owner! They were incredibly responsive during the entire process and helped answer all of our questions. They gave us timely updates on our little puppy during the entire trip and answered all of our texts and calls right away letting us know what the status and ETA was. Our pup was delivered to our house surprisingly quick and on time right when Mike said it would be. I have no words to truly express how grateful I am for the compassionate, understanding and completely good hearted A Couple of Paws really is!! We had a week delay that happened on the very day our puppy was to be picked up, now this was a health delay but they still had to replan around that. This was my first time using Citizenshipper and I was very nervous to ship my new family member, Finn, our Cavapoo puppy. However, Pete and his wife Angie made the experience seamless and did everything they could to make Finn and me feel comfortable - they video called me when they picked up Finn, used GPS tracking so I could watch their progress, sent me pictures, responded to every text, and video called during bathroom breaks/walks with Finn. In addition, they were both out of this world kind AND professional - you could tell Finn really took a liking to them as well. On top of all of that, their price was competitive!
