If I could give more stars I would. Amanda was kind, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. I have no reservations, whatsoever, about recommending her to anyone who needs an animal shipped. From the wellness pictures along the way to the ability to see her location, we never had any misgivings about the safety of the new pup. When the pup got here and saw me for the first time, she was nervous and promptly ran to Amanda for comfort. That tells you more than you could ever want to know. The pup trusted her, completely. Dawn and her husband were FANTASTIC. Immediate response and were able to transport my mother's Shih Tzu from Chicago to Phoenix in less than two days, after she fell ill and was no longer able to care for him. I got consistent and regular updates while he was in transit, complete with GPS tracking and pictures at various points along the way. Stellar communication and they're clearly animal lovers; they treated my mother's dog (now my dog) like he was their own. I would strongly and without hesitation recommend them to anyone. They're also veterans, as am I, so if you prefer to do business with veterans (I do), consider that as well. A+ service and communication. I couldn't be happier.

He also asked multiple times if there was anything special he could do for me to make the dog's trip happy. Jonathan is relatively new to Citizenshipper, and I recommend him for those considering him as a driver for their dog.

After confirming the pickup of our little kitten, speaking with Nicole several times to arrange the details, even up to the morning of the pick-up, she then didn't turn up in that afternoon as arranged. Despite numerous phone calls and messages she failed to respond, leaving us in the lurch and forced to scramble to find a kind person to drive across country at the last minute. Not answering the phone or returning out messages made matters worse as at least some explanation for the no show would have helped rather than just been left in limbo with a small baby cat left in limbo. I would strongly advise you not to use this carrier! To make matter worse Citizenshipper also didn’t respond to our messages. When it became clear that this courier wasn’t going to show and we were forced to book an alternative. We emailed Citizenshipper requesting that the deposit paid was returned and again we received no response and no refund for the no-show. So here we are three weeks later, out of pocket because we had to pay a premium to find a carrier at the last minute and out of pocket as Citizenshipper have still not answered a single email or returned our money. In summary: Stay away!!

Paag did a great job getting my bike here in a timely manner. I was pleased with their service. As for Citizen Shipper itself, their customer service is subpar. I have emailed and called several times to get my refund for a driver I booked that could not do the job as discussed. I had to cancel him, then pay another booking fee for ADL. Citizen Shipper floods your inbox with emails when your trying to book but go dark when trying to get your refund. I have called three or four times and left several messages but have yet to hear back. We will see where this goes. ADL, you guys were great!
