If you are fortunate enough to have Brad deliver your pup, you can rest assured your babe will get there safe and sound and loved. As quickly as possible. Brad took our Izzy from our home in Wisconsin to our son’s home in northern California though rain, heat wave, forest fire, Covid-19 and I am sure more challenges. But Izzy arrived safe and sound and really quite content, I truly sensed she was loved and cared for. And Brad quickly returns your texts and calls. Izzy was a rescue who had been thrown from a car, which Brad knew. Fortunately Brad has his co-pilot Pierre to keep Izzy company and we were also fortunate to have his other co-pilot Colleen. Citizenshippers is such great service. We simply had no idea how to get our pup to our son until we read about them. These folks were wonderful. They arrived promptly on the day of transport. They were clearly animal people. Our dog was very comfortable and arrived in good spirits at his final destination after an 8 hour drive. We wanted a “one dog only trip, not crated,” to reduce his stress and they were happy to accommodate it. It was scary finding someone to transport a family member, but these folks made it not only feasible but pleasant. We can not recommend highly enough.

Steven, the driver, was fantastic! He was kinder than we ever imagined! He was in regular contact with us as he drive our new dog from Tennessee to Michigan, and when the dog got sick (threw up) 3 or 4 times during the trip, Steven cleaned him up each time and called us to let us know how it was going. When he arrived, the dog was doing great, and when Steven left, the dog kept asking to go outside and continued to look for him. Steven even called later that night to check on our dog and even again the next morning. He’s fantastic! I feel like we have a new life-long friend. I would recommend Steven to anyone!

Johnathon was a life saver! I was in NYC with my new puppy, we live in Buffalo NY. We had a last minute call to go to Arizona that day and could not take our puppy in the plane. Jonathan was at my hotel within a hour and a half of my posting. He drive our fur baby home to my daughter right away. He stopped often for her to go potty and fed her. He sent updated reports along with photos. I never imagined handing our puppy to a stranger would be so worry free.
