This was my first time doing something of this nature & boy was I hesitant. After several text messages & a few phone calls with Janet I was reassured that my granddog would be ok.. During the long trip we received several pictures & updates. Not only was Allie here a day early I was able to speak with Rick for quite sometime & was very pleased that he was a caring & loving animal lover.. He's definitely an angel bc not all people could have the job that he does.. in talking with him I joked that my daughter forgot to send toilet paper (Corona virus hoarding & not having a vehicle) and to my surprise Rick said "oh man if I would've known you needed some I would've stopped and got some". Now to me that is going above and beyond.. I'm sure no where in his job description does it say "pick up toilet paper for customer".. I can not begin to that y'all enough. Our new kitten was happy and playful when he arrived because he was able to sleep the entire trip! Jesse was amazing. We had never imagined needing this type of service but found ourselves on the east coast with our dog on the west coast with the housesitters when the pandemic broke out. She was very responsive and totally reliable. She really went the extra mile in order to get him here, with road closures and all. Gordo was very well looked after and was treated as a member of the family. I really cannot recommend Jesse any more highly. If by chance we ever needed this type of service again, I would call Jesse.

We were so lucky to find Breezie and her (along with her husband's) pet transport service online!! We needed our puppy transported from his training center in Wisconsin to our home in Ohio. Breezie and her husband picked him up the very next morning after I touched base with her and our pup was home with us by late that night. It is nerve wracking to trust a stranger with one's pet, however Breezie made sure that I was at ease by sending pics and a video along the way. Also, they are who they say they are! My biggest fear of using this transport system was getting someone who wasn’t who they said they were and this going horribly wrong. Amazing experience. Amongst the flights cancellations due to the pandemic, JetPez was able to get our puppy to us from CA to NY in hours. Enternanda and Yvette got our 8 week old puppy from Asheville, NC to Providence, RI airport under extremely difficult circumstances. Each state was closing their borders, or ordering a “shelter in place” order due to the Corona Virus. Enteranda worked with me for 3 days to find the best way to get the puppy to us. Eventually she had Yvette do the trip. Yvette and her precious daughter handed him to me in the drizzle in a parking lot at PVD airport, and the puppy was happy, wagging his tail, kissing me. He smelled like perfume, and when I asked how he could smell so good after 16 hours in a car and motel, Yvette said the puppy had thrown up twice on the first leg of the trip, so she had bathed him at the hotel. How is that for Customer Service? I cannot say enough about Enteranda. She is worth every penny and more.

We accepted a bid to transport our dog from FL to Cincinnati. The pickup was a cluster. She was late, we had to meet her at 11pm off the highway. 2 days later we get a call saying they’re still in Brunswick Georgia. At a Motel 8. No money. No vehicle. We drove 10 hours to Brunswick Georgia then the rest of the way to Cincinnati to deliver the dog ourselves. Tried several emails to citizen shipper but me responses

Christine helped get our 6 month old puppy to us in Florida from a breeder in OK just as states were beginning their lockdowns due to COVID. We had intended to fly him but when the airlines shut down the breeder and I ended up with very few options for transport. Christine accepted the job and overnight an order went into place restricting travel to our state and from the states she had to drive through. She stayed in touch with us the entire time, sent pictures, videos and text updates, was very responsive to any messages from me or the breeder, and got out little guy to us in less time than anticipated, even with all the checkpoints she had to go through. She provided her license and proof of insurance and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. This was the first time the breeder or I had ever needed to use this sort of option, but we are so appreciative of Christine and her assistance during an already stressful time. Our pet was well cared for until he got to us and we could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Excellent service! My two kitties where happy, healthy and safe! They are usually not friendly with men, however they both approached Nate and allowed him to pet them once they were here! Their crate was roomy and clean. They left Sunday morning and were here by Monday afternoon! Also, this was an unexpected circumstance- and Nate worked with the agency that cares for my cats while I’m away as well as checked in with us. We were also able to track him the entire way! I cannot say enough . This guy really loves his job and did everything he could to accommodate us! I am so grateful!

I rate this a 1 only because you can’t go any lower. This was the worst experience I ever had as from the time I paid the deposit (which I learned the day of delivery was not a deposit) things went to crap. Once I paid the deposit, I received a text indicating a detail my booking was confirmed and they have emailed me the details of Daisy’s trip. Well I booked on Thursday and that email never came. So, I finally had to reach back out via website to figure out what was going on in which no one would respond. Then I sent an email to the site as I was unable to book another transport due to already reserving them. I received a response from the site indicating to wait for business hours and then another indicating they couldn’t find my account. At his point it was late on a Friday and I was going to get on the road to go and get my dog myself when I received a phone call indicating they were on their way to Florida and would be getting my dog on the way back, sometime Saturday morning. I said okay and told my friend we didn’t have to drive. So I went to bed around 830 pm Friday and when I woke up around midnight I had a couple missed calls and a text message that stated “We need you to answer, If you don’t respond tonight we will have to leave our transport and it will be extra to get us to back track”. I immediately began to text and call with no response. I got a call back around 3am indicating some plans had changed and they would be able to pick up my dog earlier around 430 am. So, I called my friend and she met them at the pickup and gave them a retractable leash and a food roll around food container full of food. They indicated they would arrive around 6 pm Saturday evening. I heard nothing all day Saturday, so I reached out Sunday morning and asked what the ETA and I was told 330 pm. I received another message around 2pm indicating they were running late, and the fee was going to be 375. I explained that’s not correct as I paid the $79 deposit, so I owe $306. He informed me that was a booking fee and I still owed the balance. At this point I just wanted my dog, so I agreed. They arrived Sunday at 7pm with my dog and no food or container and no retractable leash an had the nerve to tell me he left it home. Why was my dog at your home? He gave me a $15-dollar discount to cover a $25 leash, $30-dollar food container and $15 worth of dog food. Be careful when booking this person, yes I finally got my dog from Georgia to Illinois and but don’t expect professionalism, communication of for them to be on time.

Beyond excellent service. Trevor brought my new Boston Terrier pup safe and sound from Ohio to New York the same day. He was available and reachable at all times, reliable and on time. He has a soft kennel where my dog traveled comfortably, he stopped as needed to let her eat, drink water, etc. I could also tell he’s a dog lover just by the way she handled my dog when he gave her to us. Super sweet and responsible. I also contacted references he gave me and sane comments. I could not recommend enough.
