Breezie made my adoption experience an absolute dream. I had never used CitizenShipper before, nor had I transported a dog before, and I have absolutely no complaints! My puppy needed to be transported from Arkansas to Massachusetts, over 1600 miles! Breezie's family was able to drive through horrible weather and still get him here in less than 48 hours. On top of that, I knew he was safe and comfortable. He spent his ride either cuddling with her, or with a blanket and toys in his kennel. She sent me photos along the way, and kept me very updated on how he was doing and what their ETA was. All for a very reasonable price! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Breezie!

First off let me say I’m a normal person who isn’t getting paid for this review. I just had Justin help me transport my puppy from a breeder to my house. We have a baby and were looking into an easy way to get this doggie. I was nervous about the process but from the moment of contact Justin made me feel comfortable and secure. He even talked with me and explained the whole process. The best thing about him was his eagerness to go the extra mile. He contacted the breeder on his own and arranged a time that worked for me. He also sent lots of pictures and communicated as she arrived. I was worried as I didn’t know about this process but he eased my worries! He took such great care of her as she made her way to us. She slept most of the way and he was in communication to let us know when he was on the way and throughout the drive. In meeting Justin, he was even kinder. You can tell he has a really kind soul and warm heart. Just the perfect person to take the drive with our fur baby. I am beyond impressed with his help and service. I would without a doubt recommend him and his service. I honestly also doubt that anyone else that was bidding on my shipment would have been taking such time, energy, or going the extra mile. He is like a high end Uber service for doggies! I wouldn’t trust my fur baby with anyone else. He is the real deal! Also she arrived so happy calm and relaxed!!

I am so thankful to have found this service to bring my puppy to us. Our initial plan was to fly our puppy to us but with the COVID 19 crisis that was not an option. Tobey had great communication with me and was not pushy. He told me what he could do and the plan and also gave me alternate times for pick up to make it easier for breeders schedule. He took pictures of the puppy on the trip and answered my calls/text right away. He continued to give me updates and also a exact 30 min head up so could surprise the kids. I simply don’t know where to begin. If this site would allow for 10 stars I would give this couple 10 stars. The first thing that impressed me when they bid on my trip was the amount of detail that was provided in the initial response. From there things just got better. Sara reached out to me and we started communicating from that moment I knew that this was the couple that I would pick to transport my precious puppy across several states to get him to me from Pennsylvania to Florida. They had at the time of my trip completed three trips and all of their reviews were Five star reviews. And I now see why-Sara kept in constant communication with me, from the moment she picked up my puppy to just before drop off. She sent me tons of pictures and videos of my puppy throughout the trip. She shared her location with me from time to time so I knew exactly where they were throughout the journey. She would give me reports as to how my puppy spent the night, when they took walks and how he interacted with other people along the way. They even gave my puppy a bath before beginning the journey and my puppy is an 85 pound male Dogo Argentino who thinks he’s a lap dog. So I’m sure that was no easy task. I absolutely love and adore how they treated my puppy every step of the way, keeping me informed and completely putting my mind at ease. I would use this couple hands down any time over and over and over again. If you are looking for reliable, safe transport with people who love animals look no further than this couple. You will not be disappointed. My only hope is that my review doesn’t result in them getting so booked up that if I have to use them again I can’t get on their schedule.m! Would definitely hire Plk transport again if we ever need a transporter. She had a tracker, sent text updates, and even cleaned my pups who had diarrhea throughout the ride. She also seemed to have knowledge and experience of taking care of pups, as she knew not to be careful to not let the pups get parvo and even gave them some pedialyte for their motion sickness. She also arrived earlier than anticipated! So glad we hired Christi for delivering our pups.

I am a first time dog owner and was pretty nervous about the whole process. I lost sleep the entire time my pup was on the journey. But he was in good hands the whole time. She made sure he was safe and cared for. I liked that she drives with a partner so that she could care for the pups while John drove. I would use her again if I needed another cross country trip for my pup. She obviously cares about the well being of the dogs and is open with communication with their owners!

Donna was absolutely incredible. We were skeptical (as anyone would be) about someone driving our new puppy from South Carolina to Massachusetts. Right from the start, Donna made all those feelings go away and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We cannot say enough good things about her service. She shared her GPS with us so we knew where she was at all times, called to update us multiple times throughout the day, was responsive to our phone calls/ text messages very quickly, and sent LOTS of pictures and videos of our soon to be puppy! I felt like I was doing the trip with her! Donna makes the trip a good experience for the dog as well as she only takes as many dogs as she can give her undivided attention to.
