So my entire experience with Christian and his service was perfect in every way. He went above and beyond for me, and exceeded all expectations. From the gate, I was receiving pricing that was what I considered to be nuts. His initial price was very fair so we spoke. After talking shortly, we came to an agreement. After that, he, on his own adjusted that agreement in my favor without me asking at all. I was very pleased right away. From before he actually had my puppie he started contacting me giving me updates. His timing was early for the most part which was awesome. When your waiting for your puppie to come to you it’s great when the shipper says he’s a little early. From the time he got him I his vehicle he sent me many updates. Many pics along the way, he sent many location updates. He took great care of my pup. He stopped frequently for bathroom breaks along the way as well as food breaks. His arrival was again earlier than I had expected. Christian and I spoke for a little while before he pulled away. He is a great guy, very down to earth and great at handling the dogs. We are 100% satisfied with our experience with Pet Nanny Emi, and I would recommend her to anyone I know if they need their pet transported. She communicated daily while on her trip cross country while bringing us our puppy. She shared daily pictures and let me know how our puppy was doing. It helped keep my mind at ease while waiting for our precious puppy. What I appreciate most is that she truly cares about each animal. She doesn't just kennel them up to the brim in her hauler, but instead used her personal vehicle. She spends time with them, stops and walks them, and makes sure they get what they need. It didn't seem like any job to Emi but seemed like a joy for her to take each pet where they need to go. What great things can I NOT say about Tyler!!? I transported my one year old puppy from NY to GA. The first mix up was an address change which took him 2 hours from the original drop off. No worries- Tyler never complained and never asked for more money. Second, he arrived and my friend who was all set to receive Cheese was asleep upstairs in his duplex and could not be awakened from calling, knocking, banging! Tyler not only waited over 3 hours with my dog, and other dogs he was responsible to transport as well, but was calming ME down as I was frantic with worry for him and the dogs in his care. He was undoubtedly late for other drop offs, and drove 2 hours out of his expectation with nary a complaint or cross word. He laughed through it, continues to bang and knock at my insistence in a strange area at 3AM with no cross word, blame, and again- he never asked for any compensation for this crazy inconvenience on my part. I had paid him in full already and he could have done so many things in anger and frustration, but he just sat outside and kept trying to complete the delivery. I was so afraid to have my dog transported and the fact that my friend wasn’t answering had me stressed and anxious. But Tyler just kept reassuring ME, calmly kept me updated, and never once showed anger or frustration. In fact, he made me feel better throughout. When my friend finally woke up from his quarantine drunk sleep- lol- Tyler was super nice and understanding and my dog Cheese was safe and sound! I don’t care what ANY of the reviews say, Tyler is the best! He is not just good at what he does, he really is an awesome person and I learned patience from him because I just couldn’t have handled the situation as he did! Thank you so very much for going WELL above and beyond and not taking advantage of people during this time because might I add- his price was unbelievable. I have spent more on gas and road stops driving to ATL form NY. I am forever indebted to him!! ❤️❤️???????

Anne was amazing. Just when I thought I would not be able to get my mini whoodle because all pet flights had been cancelled due to the Cover-19 she appeared. I contacted at least 20 pet transporters the night I got the sad new of my puppy's flight being cancelled. I woke up the next. morning anxious to check my email to see who responded. By some miracle Anne was the only one who responded AND she was just 10 minutes from my puppies location picking up another puppy. She sent me a photo of him and kept me updated during their travels. She delivered him within the time frame she promised. I would highly recommend her transport service. If it were not for her we would have had to given him up to another family who wanted him. I just want to say that my first experience was the best from start to finish. It’s so scary to trust any one and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. Basil and Jack is awesome. The first pup I ever bought lived in California and I live in Missouri. I was very skeptical of the overall situation as my fur baby would be traveling over 1,000 miles by car, however Hunter reassured me the first message I received from him. I knew immediately he and his wife were the people I wanted to be carrying my pup across the country. Unexpectedly, he started having issues with his car and took $50 off every day past the delivery date which was very nice of him. Very kind people!! I have a lot of trust in Hunter and his wife as they sent me pictures along the way and updated without having to ask. Best ground carriers I could have asked for!
