Maria was amazing ! Originally when we first spoke she anticipated a Thursday pick up and Saturday drop off of my puppy. She was able to pick him up on Wednesday and drop him off on Thursday with the help of her coworker Paul! She is very responsive to texts. She sent pictures through the drive, as well as google maps updates. She was right on schedule with the times she predicted. 10 out of 10 !

Sandra was lovely! She updated us about our puppy’s health every 3-4 hours on a trip that was over 1000 miles. He arrived happy and healthy. She sent group texts to myself and the breeder about the puppy and about her ETA. It was a 15 hour drive minimum. She sent pictures throughout and treated our baby as her own. I highly recommend her. She chatted with us before, listened to our needs, and accommodated us so nicely. I would use her again, for sure!

Alicia was a very friendly person, but she over promised and under delivered. Make sure you get clear understanding when she will pick up and drop off your pup prior to booking her. I wrote the check out to Sunset Transportation and she wanted me to put her name on the check instead. She told me and my breeder that she would be picking up my pup early on Sunday but did not arrive until almost midnight. A 15-hour drive from Missouri to Virginia took close to 70 hours. I asked for an estimated deliver time once she got my pup and she said it would be Monday evening, then it changed to Tuesday at 11am when I questioned because I could see she wasn’t going to make it by Monday evening. Tuesday morning, I had to contact her again for a new estimated deliver day/time and it she pushed me off till Wednesday morning at 9 am. 9am came and went with no word from her. She did not contact me till Wednesday evening with a new estimate and full of excuses on what was going on. Additionally, she stated that she thought my pup had sad eyes and potentially had worms, so she took it upon herself to medicate my pup without consent from either me or the breeder. Finally, I was contacted by my breeder because Alicia dropped off a litter mate after she left my house and she was sick and told the other owner that she was going to the ER after she left there. Alicia was showing all the classic symptoms of Covid-19. (She was having trouble breathing, etc.) We have not heard from her since she dropped off the litter mate and have not been updated if she does or does not have Covid-19 and now we must self-isolate/ quarantine for 14 days to ensure we are not contagious to others.

Initially, I thought Emi would be the best option to bring my sweet pup across the United States because of her transparency of her process and how quickly she was able to get back to me during my search for a service to transport my pup from Alabama to Utah. While the pricing was not the cheapest, I felt Emi was the best person as she looks so highly recommended by her previous jobs, so I selected her to do the job. I booked about a month in advance (3/26, anticipated pickup date being 4/19 or 4/20) and waited eagerly during this global epidemic to hear from Emi after paying for her service. On 4/3, there were talks of travel bans being placed into action all over the United States, so I messaged Emi to ask if she was still planning on making the trip, she responded that it was still the plan but she would update with any changes – I responded to that and said I was just worried about her and my pup traveling in bad conditions but I didn’t say anything after that. On 4/6, I was told that Georgia was requiring documentation to travel through the state so I asked Emi if she would be driving through there and that I was told they were requiring the letters to travel, her response is to not stress about it and that her traveling to me would not be for weeks… which it was only two weeks away at the time, and I responded to that “I have my trust in you”. I didn’t hear from Emi next until 4/15, when she was on the last day of transporting two labs to Tennessee, she let me know she was just checking in. The next day 4/16, I message her and say that I know it’s 3-4 days away but asked if she happened to know what day it would be that she would be picking my pup up because my mother is the one having to work around that schedule, also to ask if she would be ok with a contactless transfer. My mother suggested this because of the global pandemic, especially being that my mother is a work from home nurse and has zero contact with the general public, so we’re trying to protect her. Her response was explosive. She said she’d been very patient (I’d only contacted her twice with concerns of her safety?) and that she was doing me a huge favor because she was charging way less than everyone else and that I could find someone else. So, I responded asking if she was cancelling the pickup and pointed out that I was concerned with her safety in my prior messages to her. She responds that she’s given me very clear updates and accuses me of hounding her with ridiculous questions and that I’m hassling her by asking her to take his collapsed crate (that she was very happy about taking during our initial conversation) and then reminded me again about the excellent pricing she gave me to do the job. I apologized to her and again explained that I was concerned with her safety and that I did receive quotes like hers on two other websites but went with hers because of how highly recommended she was through her reviews and she seemed very caring and very honest. I then asked if she was cancelling his pickup again because I needed to figure out what to do next if she was. She then told me to stop wasting her time and that she didn’t need her day started this way (at 1:30pm) and that she’d never encountered someone so difficult before. I responded and said that I didn’t know if she was possibly thinking of someone else and that I was again, just concerned about her traveling during a global pandemic. She responded that she’s repeatedly getting texts from me asking if I would be there and if I would still be there… and I responded that yes, I was concerned with her safety. Again. So, I tell her I’m sorry again and that I won’t message her anymore and that I let my mom know that she would be calling her to schedule the pickup. I dropped it from there but then received messages from her saying that she only gets an hour to herself in the mornings and that I wasn’t helping her be productive or pleasant and that she’s never cancelled a job and then reminds me that I can repost if I need to and that she would happily give me my money back. I responded saying that I never questioned her, I hadn’t asked repeatedly anything and refreshed her memory on what was previously said. Which was two messages weeks prior. Her only response is that we clearly have two different views on that point. I don’t say anything else to her after that. I then receive a message 4/18 saying she delivered the babies to TN and was heading South and would most likely be arriving to pick up my pup around 5-7pm. I responded to her saying that I sent $300 more and that I’d send the remaining $150 once I was paid again since she felt that I didn’t pay her enough for the service she was providing. She responded asking why and that she already received my payment and I told her that I didn’t want her to feel cheated out of money. She then said she was getting back on the road and to let my mom know the ETA. I let her know to give my mother a call with any updates because I would be at work and wouldn’t be able to get to my phone if any updates were necessary. When she called my mom, she told her she needed to come into her house to meet Goji and establish a connection with her ambassador, Chewy. My mother was very unhappy with this because of how much of a risk it already was going to be with her being in contact with someone who’s been traveling all over the United States. My mom did say she removed her shoes before coming into the house but she didn’t wear a mask or gloves or wash her hands (there’s a sink right as you walk into my mom’s house) before coming in contact with anyone in the house. Of course, my mom is on edge the whole time about this because she’s a registered nurse and knows what precautions everyone should be taking. Even still, my mom allowed her to come into the house and they were on their way very soon after that. Emi was good about sending pictures when she arrived to stop for the night at a hotel and giving me updates about where she planned on stopping. She also arrived on the time she anticipated but, on her arrival, she let Chewy run around the yard while she screamed after him to get back over to her. She then started fussing at me because she said she rearranged the entire back end of her car to fit the crate but was then told she didn’t need to take it. I reminded her that she complained that she was going to have to take an oversized crate with her so I asked my mom to just leave at her house or just donate it to someone. So, basically, I would recommend Emi as a transporter of your animal if you don’t care about getting accused of hassling her with ridiculous questions. My pup made it safely to his destination and so far, my mom hasn’t said she feels any sickness coming on but it can take up to two weeks to show symptoms.

Kelly was the BEST! This was my first time using citizenshipper, and I was a bit nervous. Kelly's reviews speak for themself, she's amazing at what she does. She had a fair price, and was willing to travel 800+ miles in 1 day to bring 4 puppies. She even drove through the night, so we could have the puppies here in the morning.
