I admit, I was very nervous and apprehensive about having someone with limited experience transporting my dog across the country. However, Brad did an amazing job with our pup and even transported all of his belongings (toys, kennel, bed etc..) when he didn’t have to. Kelly was fantastic to work with! She kept in touch with us the entire time, with regular updates on pick up and delivery ETAs, as well as pictures of our two puppies while in transit. She made sure to have plenty of stops for the pups to go potty, and run around and play as well. She also played with them and made them feel very comfortable while in her care. Started out very well. He was communicating well and was friendly. However, Happy Friends Logistics cancelled on the day he was supposed to pick up my puppy from the Breeder. He claimed the Breeder wasn't responsive enough to his communications then left me hanging. The Breeder and I tried to revive the pick up but Happy Friends Logistics refused to return my communications. I had to scramble to find new driver. Thankfully, I found PLK Transport and she picked up puppy with no problems whatsoever.

A++ experience with Chelsie B and Mona Leashes. Chelsie is the real deal ! I was looking for an honest, reliable, kind, pet knowledgeable driver to transport my tiny Maltese Leo from Virginia to Boston and after much consideration I chose Chelsie. Chelsie went above and beyond for me and Leo. She picked Leo up from the breeder and took Leo into her home, cut his hair and took incredible care of him until I was ready to receive him. She was in great communication and sent photos and updates constantly. I trusted Chelsie from the moment we started communication. I highly recommend working with Chelsie and rearranging your pick ups and deliveries to coincide with her schedule. It’s absolutely worth waiting to get in her schedule to transport your pet. First let me say what first class service door to door. Trevor was willing on Easter Sunday to move our new puppy from Ohio to Charleston, SC, however, breeder doesn't ship on Sunday's. That said, Monday morning bright and early Trevor was at the breeders whom did not respond to his morning calls for an estimated ETA. Trevor let me and my daughter know, don't worry Mr. Cowan, I got you covered. And he did. Puppy was delivered later that evening. I'd highly recommend Trevor for all of your puppy shipping needs. He had a special carrier that ran his whole back seat so Birdie had free reign to roam and comfort. He stopped every 2 hours to let her walk and take care of business. Be careful who you give your money to. This woman place an offer to transport a dog for me. After I paid her in full and bought all she needed to ship my dog she started delaying her pick up date and time. She wouldn't call or message me to let me know what was going on and the pick up time would come and go and I'd have to message her and ask what was going on. This happened repeatedly. The man I was getting my dog from eventually told me it seemed like I was dealing with someone unstable and not trustworthy and that he doesn't feel good about giving our dog to her if she did show up. So I ended up terminating our deal and I asked for my money back. She ignored my message until citizenshipper froze her account. Then she sent me a forwarded email that said she initiated a refund through a company called square. I was supposed to get my refund within 7 business days. made contact with square to find out why after 9 business days I still have not recieved my refund. They said "we see the receipt for the initial payment but there is not request for a refund at all." They suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card company which is also what citizenshipper told me to do. I summited a dispute and have to wait 60 days to hear back from the banks investigation.... I have every email and text message every communication linked to this nightmare saved. I hope Dawn gets help and I would never trust her with a living thing. Or anything of value for that matter.

David and his wife were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! I requested a quote on a Sunday and they were picking up my puppy that next morning. Overall these guys did a good job. I wasn't happy that they picked up my pup at midnight in Iowa, and then dropped him 4 days later at 2 AM after telling me it would take 3 days to get him to CT it took over 4. I would give Randy a million stars if i could!!! Randy transported my dog from Orlando FL to Bothell WA. It was a lonnnnng cross country trip, and my first time being apart from my baby. Athena is a 6 years old pitt/lab mix, that i adopted a few years ago. She is not very social and i was worried about someone else taking care of her, but Randy was the PERFECT person to transport her. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and reliable. He called me and after a long conversation i felt comfortable using his services. During the trip he kept me updated by sending photos and text messages, his communication is great! His beautiful puppy accompanied him during the trip, she is so well trained and behaved. I like the fact that kept my baby company. Jessica is PHENOMENAL!! So prepared (leash options, crate options, bed options, treat options). Jessica is SUPER experienced and was just loving and attentive to US as well as our new pup. We were transporting a large 8-month old Boerboel (type of mastiff) puppy and did not know how she would behave being removed from her mom and pack, and taking her first long car ride. Jessica took so much time to ensure puppy had treats, water, reassurance. And she kept US calm with regular updates of her location, how pup was doing, photos... she made me feel I shouldn’t hesitate to facetime her if I got nervous. Upon arrival (after her 8-hour drive), Jessica stayed with us for 30 minutes just giving our puppy time to decide on her own to exit the car; Jessica cared less about starting her own 8-hour return trip home than about the best way to ease our pup out of the car in a non-traumatic way. I would use Jessica again in a heartbeat, and I hope I get to stay in touch with her for her wealth of dog training and dog behavior knowledge. Thank you Jessica and family ❤️

A nightmare - do not use these people if you value your pet. Feel welcome to contact me for more details--------Driver Rebuttal-------We got delayed leaving due to the roads in the mountain be closed from a late season snow storm. We drove straight thru 14 hours We were in contact the entire time. We arrived at 10:40 pm because she said she wanted us to try and make it. We were 30 mins away and she decided she was going to bed and we could meet in the morning. We get the dog at 630 am. She told us it wouldnt kill him of he didnt eat. Who says that? She then complained about a tiller that supposedly another driver was giving her the run around on getting it delivered. So we left. We ran into very bad storms and tornados that night so we stopped and got a room. Not a single time did she said the dog was destructive. Well the dog chewed a big hole in the box spring which cost us 175 bucks. When I made mention to the owner her comment was the dog should have been crated. Well she never said it needed crated nor did ahe give us 1. So we continued our trip and because of the storms roads were closed and there We're detours. We got to the new owner at 500-530 am the next morning. Right before we got there the dog had an explosive case of diarrhea all over the back seat and our son. Yes very disgusting. So we cleaned it up. So we would like to know exactly how wad this dog mistreated or how could you say if you cherish you pet dont use them. What exactly is your complaint against us. Other than we didnt get the dog there in the evening but the morning we guaranteed he would be there.

What can I say...... I was very nervous since I had never used a ground animal transportation service/person before. My family and I had been trying for a month to get our puppy from Tennessee to California. Booked Tobey about 2 weeks ago for a puppy transport from MI to MA that was supposed to be this past Friday 4/10. We confirmed details Tuesday, and I was given a pick up window of between 6-8. Friday 4/10 I didn’t hear from Tobey so I texted him around 7 and he told me he was picking up another puppy and leaving Indiana. I apologized to my breeder and let her know he would be arriving a little later. At 10 PM he texted me and cancelled because he said SOMEONE ELSE didn’t pay for their puppy so he couldn’t leave. My puppy was bought and paid for waiting to be taken home. He told me he could do it NEXT week! Unacceptable since she already had a scheduled vet appointment that coming week. Highly disappointed. Highly unprofessional. Would give ZERO stars if that were an option.

Steve is outstanding! Just seemed like a kind, caring and great guy and communication was excellent. He kept us informed before and during the transport of our new puppy and sent pics along the way. His vehicle was clean and he was very accommodating to our concerns about having any other pets on the trip and keeping things clean to prevent Parvo, etc. I would gladly use again and highly, highly recommend!!!! Julie did a great job transporting a newly acquired Whippet from Birmingham, AL to the Dallas, TX area. She coordinated all pre-pickup activities, provided a pickup time and estimated drop-off time, and communicated well during the entire process. She took great care of our new Whippet during the trip, who had not traveled much by car prior to this trip. She was also especially accommodating with our handoff concerns due to coronavirus and an immuno-compromised family member. I would not hesitate to use Julie again for any pet transport needs and will highly recommend her to my friends!
