Shawn was communicative from the word 'go'. I questioned him about everything and he never failed to answer any way but honestly, which calmed my nerves. His driver Tim was a terrific guy, kept me updated whenever I texted, sending along a pic or two in addition to his location and ETA. If I needed this kind of service again, I would not hesitate to reach out to Shawn again!

Karen did an excellent job delivering my puppy to my customers! She was not only super fast, but she accommodated my puppy throughout by letting her sit in front with her the whole time and setting up a potty area with mulch in the back of her SUV for my puppy. I highly recommend!

Fur de Lis is fantastic. My Great Dane was beautifully cared for and was in great shape after her trip. When she was dropped of i looked in his van which was so neat and tidy and all the dogs and cats in there were so happy. Jeff is lovely and the animals love him. David was a polite and caring person. I had to get my step daughter her little dog to her since she is out of her college apartment. I found David and he replied quickly and the pick up , travel and drop off was safe and we had no worries. My step daughter had gotten all the updates from David from the time of pick up to the time of drop off. We thank David for this care and caution he took to get Onyx to his owner safety!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Owner is threatening me with a lawsuit of "defamation of character" because she refuses to refund me. She's attempting to get me to not share my review. Will spare you the details, but can say that we paid $350 via Zelle Quickpay, had terrible communication, and issue after issue, our dog wasn't picked up on 3/27 as promised, and it seemed doubtful that they would manage to pick it up on 3/29, so we cancelled. We politely requested a full refund, and she said it's not her fault so at most she will refund half. They didn't complete the job, they still haven't refunded me, and it looks like we're going to small claims court to get our money back.

Not only was she wonderful to communicate with she was also very punctual and was exactly on time from her estimated ETA. Jesse was super great! She brought our pup to us when she couldn't be flown due to airport complications. Jesse kept good contact with us and sent a bunch of pictures during their travel! She was even very friendly during an evening when I felt especially chatty, texting back and forth and sending extra pictures of our puppy! I appreciate Jesse helping make my daughter's dreams of having her first puppy come true by bringing the dog to us when we were otherwise about to be heartbroken.
