It was like pulling teeth to get updates and when we did those updates were lies/stories. I know the world is crazy right now but that is no excuse for the kind of excuses we were getting. When we did get our dogs they were traumatized from being in a strange vehicle for a week and acted like they were dieing of thirst.

I’m the type who gets REALLY stressed when I move - no matter how smooth it goes. Monica is such a caring person, I had no doubt she would keep my fur babies safe & give them the best of care. When she arrived to pick them up, she spent time reviewing with me what she needed to know. Then she kept in touch by text the whole trip, so I knew how things were going. (Teddy acted like a whiny diva. Naturally.) I have no intention of budging from my new home anytime soon. But if I did, she would be the 1st I’d call.
